Had the most horrible meal from Kung fu kitchen Mall @Reds. Everything tasted awful. Pork chow mein had no pork and the chicken chow mein tasted like it was steamed noodles with no traces of anything else
I have been thrown from pillar to post, I am paying monthly but just found out on my credit report it shows non payement. No one is willing to assist with this matter at matrix. I want it fixed or I cancel the contract. How can a whole credit profile be messed because of matrix.
Capitec Business bank is the worst bank to deal with. I'm here trying to service a client and cannot access my funds. I made a call and they said it's a technical error and they are working on it. I have an hour to purchase stock and might just loose a client because of a bank. I regret ever using this bank. It's just not cut for business. If I loose this client this bank will definitely have to take care of my livelihood.
I went to Fnb at Mall @Reds to fix a few things on my business account a consultant by the name of Maxwell was assisting me, asked me if I was interested in a group funeral policy for my staff and I said please explain further, made me sign documents and said I should expect a call from the call centre explaining about the plan. To my surprise I saw an sms with an amount debited for a funeral cover that I did not consent to. I want my money back and the consultant should stop defrauding people by selling us things we did not request. I went to the branch yesterday to enquire and he was giving me lame explanations and I'm still not assisted. I want my money back.
Seems like the only time Hollard Insurance responds to assist is through Hellopeter. I lodged a claim more than 3 days ago today I called and the consult said they received the documents but it was not captured. If they were the only company I was relying on clearly my aunt wouldnt have been buried. They never forget to debit yet their customer service is appalling. Capitec paid our claim within 4 hours and it was effortless. No admin issues. They really need to notch up otherwise they will loose business...
So my mom has a policy that she took out with Hollard Insurance and covered my brothers as they both are unemployed and depend on her, today for some odd reason she decided to get an update on her policies only to be told that my brothers are no longer covered on her policy as they are adults, she asked why was she not notified of the change though Hollard is still debiting the amount in which the brothers were included. Why did they not just debit an amount covering only her. The consultant said no if there was to be a claim her premiums would be refunded. Who wants a premium refund at time of death, we take out policies to assist during such time. I feel Hollard just makes money of people forgetting that others take cover because they need it. Can my mother get a refund of all her premiums paid while my brother was not covered and go look for a reputable company that will ensure her needs are met.
I ordered food through their website, my order said the food will arrive at 20:10pm. My food arrived at 20:55pm it was cold and terrible, the wedges we dry, rolls dry, meat was cold and tasted plain not even sauces that we requested. Im highly dissapointed. Paid a whole R258 for such terrible food.
Its been months on end that Ive been calling mtn as they refuse the send me my statement o a contract that ended last year, but they still want me to pay for it. Mtn is really ripping people off and its now no longer funny. I want out please
So I sent a request to be called by an agent from Clientele Life and requested a quote for a funeral policy. The agent advised that I would be covered for 100k per member on all the people that I included on the quote. I then continuously asked if she was certain that all that she is telling me is true, she confirmed and I took out the policy. Today I had a debit order dispute because they debited my account today and I did not choose today as my debit date, I chose the last day of the month, I then decided that I actually wanted to verify how much cover I had with them and the consultant I spoke to said only 10k. Now I was shocked because that is not the cover amount I had agreed on. I want a refund on all my policies because they lied to me and Took me for a fool. Imagine If i really had a funeral only to discover this when I have a crisis. I am disgusted by this. If this is how they get business then the Ombuds should actually deal with them. I want all y money back.
Today being the 14th February 2019 I bought some chicken hearts at their butchery, got home they are rotten. This is actually not the act time I'm buying meat products and they are rotten. They should either stop selling such products or improve on quality our health is on the line. Then all they say is bring it back and we will reimburse you...what about my time and petrol, I dont go around looking to buy rotten food from such a reputable store.
