They are happy to debit my account every month however when you claim they are no where
I have been insured with this company for 8 years without claiming when i need to claim the give me stories i now need to pay from my own pocket even though its not my fault

I have been appealing to have my name remove and given a clearance certificate , these people are ignoring me they ignore my whatsApp , Emails and Phone Calls , very disgusting

****mers of note , my contract with them ended the called me for an upgrade i told them i want to cancel and theh continued debiting my account , i reversed now they send debt collectors to collect "their money"
