I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received at Nuri Sushi in town. I placed an order for a Crunch 13-piece sushi and calamari with fries and waited about 40 minutes at the restaurant for my food. When my order was finally given to me, I took an Uber home immediately. When I arrived home and checked the order, I realized that the Crunch 13-piece sushi was missing. Only the calamari was in the package. I then called the restaurant to explain the situation. To my shock, the lady who answered the phone laughed at me while I was explaining that my order was wrong. I found this extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager and was told to send proof on WhatsApp, which I did. After sending the proof, they acknowledged that they had made a mistake. The manager then told me that they would send a driver to deliver the correct order and asked for my address, which I sent. However, shortly afterwards I received another call saying they could not deliver the food because my address was “too far.” I was then told that I must come back to the restaurant to fetch the food myself, even though the mistake was made by them. To make matters worse, the head chef then spoke to me on the phone, repeated the same thing, and eventually hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation. I still have not received my correct order or any proper resolution. I have been trying to call the restaurant repeatedly, but my calls are now being ignored and no one is willing to assist me. This is completely unacceptable. I already paid for an Uber to get home after waiting 40 minutes at the restaurant. The mistake was made by the restaurant, yet I am expected to spend more money on another Uber to collect the correct order. On top of that, I was laughed at, hung up on, and now my calls are being ignored. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and disrespect shown to a paying customer is unacceptable. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses how customers are treated, because this level of service is shocking.
I haven’t got any feedback from this company which I wrote about the employee who was rude to me . Foschini doesn’t know anything about customer excellence . I wouldn’t recommend this company for they don’t care . For their employee to say to me even if I complain of him no one will care means that they get away with everything. Yamnkelani should be dealt with from golden acre Cape Town
I placed an order yesterday, and the driver never arrived. I tried calling him several times, but he did not answer his phone. This is unacceptable service. To make matters worse, I still have not received my refund. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor customer service. Customers should not have to chase after drivers or wait for refunds when no service was provided. I expect my refund to be processed immediately, and I hope the company improves its service going forward.
I went to Foschini in town , I met or was served by a guy called Yamnkelani . He is very rude and knows about customer excellence . When I told him that I don’t appreciate the way he speaks to me he told me that I’ve frustrated and mustn’t take it out on him . The store was full of customers . I am so angry for it’s not my first time encountering from Foschini and will make sure that this goes viral . He told me that if I want to report him I must do it he doesn’t care and my complaint will be ignored anyway . This is the foschini I’m golden acre on the second floor …. I came to buy here and he serves me with poor customer service and swears at me
Web Africa is a ****mer they switched off my WiFi for 4 days and I informed them but no one helped me till I wrote the CEO an email on the 4th day Mr Seam Nourse . A guy called saying he saw the email what’s happening I told him that my activation had been off and everyone is not helping . He helped me activation then said there’s a bill which is wrong he will wave it cause who ever did this made a sale on my acc but I’m already an existing customer . Today I get a notification I owed R2000 I don’t know for what cause I never made a sale and clearly he did not fix it . I am so angry Web Africa is so negligent and they mess with peoples mental health. They are ****mers . Not I wrote the CEO he hadn’t responded and the agents on WhatsApp are saying they can’t help
Webafrica is the worse network or WiFi provider . I haven’t had internet for 48hours . I spent hours reporting this with no luck . I’ve done all the trouble shooting they asked me to do with their automated agent and still no luck. No one has reached at all . I spoke to Marissa, Yolanda Thabiseng and I forgot other and still they left the chat without helping me . I want to cancel with them . They are useless and **** people . I hate webafrica
I order a meal at KFC Bishop lavis in Cape Towm at 12:35 and still haven’t received my order . I called the customer service team they said they are short of drivers and there’s nothing they can do . I am so devastated by this , such a large company to not have drivers . I am starving on lunch cause I will have to go back to work . But because KFC hasn’t delivered my food I can’t eat . I am so unhappy and I want a goodwill gesture and my order now
I ordered food at 13:24 and haven’t received my food till now . The driver went to the wrong address and is refusing to come deliver the food and called me a **** .

I have placed an order 4 days back . I haven’t received any communication back . The customer service is very bad. I’ve been trying to reach to the team via emails but no one is responding
