My fibre has been down for 3 days now, I have been phoning the offices without any help. My neighbors have connection except me. What bothers me more is is I'm the one who's constantly calling they and they promise to call me back with feedback, but they don't.
Reported and outage yesterday evening and after 17 hours when making followup the agent says technicians cleared the error and reported that it's fixed and electricity is restored. Why do they have to lie as there's no supply restored 😕
Gauteng city college has poor service when it comes to accommodation. We paid a deposit for accommodation and paid rent end of February, we were show these nice rooms which are for two sharing. But my son was given the smallest room which is fit to be a bachelor but they squeezed two people in it. The mattress were dirty even the room was so dirty. How to you expect kids to stay in a dump and the receptionist is never at reception worst part is she never answers her phone. What disgusts me is there's no feedback at all. I have made endless calls to find out from Thabo about my son being moved into the initial room that they said he'll stay in but, when I phone I'm told it will be done Tomorrow then tomorrow it's the next day again. I think they need to get a new receptionist who will take her job seriously and they should give us value for our money or else they must just close down the so called Student res.
My car was written off in August this year and as I had no car yet, I continued paying for cartrack monthly. That was after I phoned them to find out what happens when a car is written off. I was told that I have two options 1 to cancel and pay cancelation fee 2 is to pay for the device to be removed and to be installed in the new vehicle, Lord I was devastated. I managed to pay for the device to be removed and to be reinstalled to my current car, as the cancelation fee was too steep. 3 week after they debited my account I'm still waiting for the technicians to come and install the device. I've been phoning and making appointments for the technicians to come and refit the device but twice now that they don't show up and what ****es me is they won't even make follow up calls or send message. Customers are supposed to phone in wasting airtime for them to never show up... poor service delivery. But they were quick to debit my account R870.00 but in terms of service too slow
Poor service delivery and customer service My fibre had no connection since Thursday and I phoned them to report the problem. Until today Monday I received no feedback , no communication or any agent which they promised to send to asses the situation. I had to make another call again and only to be told the same thing. So frustrated as my son is using the fibre to study for his matric exams.
I was helped by the consultant named Kamogelo Moletedi and was very professional and helpful. Excellent service indeed
Linteg is forever having network problems/ server problems if not it's black haul fault. Which would take 3-5 days. Basically we are paying for non connection. I'm not happy at all.
I'm very disappointed with the bed I purchased at the store. I first bought a mattress only as my base was still in a good condition barely 2 months the mattress was saggy and would feel wet when we lift it up. We complained to the store and asked for another mattress or refund. We were assisted to choose another bed and the manager advised us to choose the mattress that's complete with base as he suggested that maybe our old base is not good for the mattress we bought previously . Ok we were convinced but I regret it as the base is made out of cheap box like board, my God it's not strong at all not to mention the mattress it's a disaster it's sagging and has hollows this bed doesn't even have a year. The beds quality is questionable really I would like to get my refund as this is the 2nd time I'm not happy.
I would like to write a review about Auto and General. I'm so far happy with their services but I have not yet claimed anything. I was recently assisted by Sachin and he is very helpful and humble. Keep it up.
