Good afternoon I paid up my Bluelabel account by contacting your call centre. And got a paid up letter that has a reference number on and not the account numbers that is needed to clear my name. I have gone between your company and Blue Label connect and neither is willing to follow up or fix the problem. What do I do now? Flip Strydom
I am having a hard time gettin Blue Label connect to give me a paid up letter with the right account numbers on. I phoned, i emailed, i phoned some more and every wich way i turn nothing happens. On the Creditburaus it shows as two accounts and they say its only one.
So i lost my job a year or two ago. And could not pay my debt and was blacklisted. So when i got a new job i started paying my debt. I got rid of the debt review, judgements and other things against my name. Paid up every account and a week later i had my paid up letter and could get it off my name on the credit buro a few days later. No not with Blue label connect. I email them almost every day. Beauty is an angel she tries to help. But no i am getting held back by a piece of paper. Irony is i contacted them and had to beg them for details to pay the account and now i get ignored. Shamefull.
Once a year I have to do this... Go on Hello Peter and try to get Absa to sort out their mess. Hi Absa guess what that Hold on my account from last year.. Yes the one that frustrated me so much... I am very upset because no one told me the zero savings account have a R3000 only limit on it. I have money and no access to it. I cant transfer it i cant use it. WHAT USE IS A BANK WHO CANT HELP YOU... please call me.
I got my phone tweo weeks after i paid for it. I paid on the 27 of august 2022 and only got it on the 16 th of september 2022. That is my payment date i paid earlier in october 2022 on the 5th now on the 3rd November i got a message that ihave not paid my device. Today on the 5th it was locked...explain to me rentoza what is going on.
