I lost my phone on the 18th January and submitted my paperwork to MTN insurance and yeah worst experience ever they never worked on my claim except if I phone them and promise to update me and they would keep quiet up until I had to call them again very frustrating experience I would never recommend them to anyone my claim took 3 weeks before they could deliver my phone and I also had to fight them Now I drove to mtn store at carnival city to activate eSIM and the gentleman who was assisting me said it would be fine in 10 minutes and now it’s been 2 hours waiting for it to be activated and when I call the helpline 135 they never answer all they do is let their automated system to keep taking you back to listening to the options very bad customer service.. I phoned insurance to cancel it today and the gentleman promised me that they will call me back before 16:00 today and guess what nothing from them.
Muntu Mbatha gave his best to assist me at Stadio he was friendly and also promised to make sure that as soon as the rest of my study materials arrived to them he will send them to me and I believed him and still hopeful as he was so enthusiastic about his service Thank you..

It’s the second month now that my MTN debit order has been bouncing “due to insufficient funds” even though I have money in my bank account, I am still waiting for July debit order to go off. They can’t give an explanation as to why.. and I wonder will happen again next month as my credit score keeps sinking because of this company called MTN South Africa. What was once a reputable company has come to this
It’s a month later and I still haven’t received an installation. Countless calls, WhatsApp messages to the area manager Aman who didn’t even get respond back to my last message. This company doesn’t even give me a turn around time anymore…
I bought a couple hundred rands of airtime via my Capitec app. On the 22nd of September. It hasn’t reflected yet. About 3 days later I went into their carnival branch and was helped by a white consultant named Mike (so he says as he doesn’t wear a name badge) he advised that it would reflect within 48hrs at most excluding weekends. Today 2 October I went to the same Mike and he now says it’ll take two weeks… guys? What level of ridiculousness mess is this? Don’t help please don’t help. Just refund back the money I spent on the airtime. As for the public, please search “Capitec airtime” on social media and see how many people have the same complaint

Avbob never helped me or replied to my query with them and I haven’t been helped even today
Fraudulent policy was opened under my name and debited from my salary for months I contacted avbob on 2021-12-20 and they said they will pay me on the 15th of January 2022 the latest, every time I call to follow up on my refund I’m told that Chan Adams is not available as he’s responsible for processing it. Im disgusted by the lack of service by this company, quick to fraudulently money grab. Please note I’ve contacted FSCA regarding this matter
Very disappointed by Johanna Cele refCER658340 I submitted my cancellation request on 18 Nov 2021 as this is a fraudulent policy. I submitted my affidavit on Nov 22 and spoke to her briefly after that day. Today as I called Clientele Johannah had the nerve to shout at me explicitly stating that I should not expect any refund and had a whole nerve to lie that the information I submitted in my affidavit she had actually received from the consultant who’d used my details to sign me up for this policy. After I reminded her about our interactions and her own confirmation before today that the info used to sign me up was false she then tried to back peddle on her lies. It’s clear no investigation was conducted. And Clientele is a scam in breach of FSCA regulations. Clientele staff are disgusting as a collective sending customers from pillar to post. I have all my correspondence in sms and email from Clientele. Your company culture is very disgusting and reflects in the scams and rude employees.
