To be honest it a negative rate was possible I would of given them a negative 5 star review.... I bought their premium device the Huawei P50 Pro with in 7 days had issues with charging. After contacting Huawei South Africa I was advised to take in the device for inspection and repairs. Life being as a tick as it is I did not have time to take in the device until me and my wife had matching off weekends. After the phone was inspected we were informed that did had water damage which was impossible being that the phone is Flash resistant up to 1.5 m and has never been exposed to any sort of moistureAfter the phone was inspected we were informed that did had water damage which was impossible being that the phone is Flash resistant up to 1.5 m and has never been exposed to any sort of moisture. A claim should have been done in my honest opinion to repair the phone. About a week after visiting the store the SIM card one reader stopped working this day resulted in them telling us that the main board might also be water damaged which is impossible being that only the charging point had to vote a damage to start with. A pick up was arranged for the phone to go back to the store for further inspection and to see if a claim can be done if the claim will not be will not be done I honestly will not accept that and will definitely go and take further steps against the stool and Huawei South Africa. All this being said the service from the store started out as a very very good but later as the progress convinced the communication and communication between the staff members to us called West and West eventually ending up in some of the staff members being arrogant towards us. The manager of the store is now handling the case by himself this is my honest opinion is better than the stole members handling the case hopefully store the claim will go through and all the device will be replaced or repaid at no cost to us as it is a 23000 grand phone. Hopefully this review will make you think more than twice before you buy a Huawei from any store in South Africa
Before I write the rest of this review let me say the staff member that helped us was a good sales consultant at Rustenburg mall the problem lies with MTN themselves. I upgraded my account and took the premium Huawei device the "P50 Pro" after a week and half of using the device I noticed that the phone does not want to charge. Now if I hand in the device at the store I have to wait upto 3weeks before I get feedback still paying my account for those 3weeks. I use my phone for work so will also be losing money on that front. Not happy about the service after the contract expires I'm cancelling my account
Let me start off by saying my whole family have been using Huawei for the past 8 years and never had any issues... That being said I feel like now my first experience with a faulty device is that their service is not good at all the device I bought is their premium device the "P50 Pro" extremely expensive but now that I have issues there are so many different problems from them and MTN. We have to travel at our own cost to a repair centre that's about 200km from my home town and then they will have a look at the device if I send it in I will wait up to 2 weeks to get my phone back. I feel like I bought their most expensive item and feel like I deserve special attention and treatment. Very upset about this next upgrade wil definitely not be a Huawei
First off I can't give the staff at rustenburg Medicare a bad review because they where truly amazing.... My main problem is the visiting hours that's only for 1hr day and only in the early afternoon... So our loved ones must be alone for the most of the day lay in a cold strange place. The covid 19 pandemic has run its course and that is still being used as an excuse. Now I know my wife would me long out of hospital before I even get feedback on this... Let's hope it could help someone else someday
I bought a vehicle for the rustenburg branch last year October and got great service and after service from Delano the car had a few missing pieces was ordered and got them with in a month... Good service and wil definitely buy my next vehicle there
If no stars where possible I would give it... Ever since I had this medical I've had nothing but problems... I ad to go for dental treatment (root canal) now I was notified by the dentist office they only paid R700 from a almost R7000 bill. Reason being that they don't pay for root canals I mean that is literally one of the most common dental treatments... So I'm looking for a different medical insurance provider... Never I repeat never use Thebemed you'll pay your monthly fees and get little to no cover
So it seems like because they are a major bank in South Africa they don't care about the little guy. Still no feedback from them after I got approved and signed for a 25k loan after a day it was taken down to 18k even after contract was verbally signed
So I decided to oder from them for the 1st time... Well its definitely the last time the gift I ordered came with lose chocolates on the purchase picture it shows a box of chocolates... The flamingo stuffed toy had a dirty spot and balloon was not inflated properly
First off I got a call from them offering me a credit card limit increase got approved... After waiting 3day no news from them the I decided to call them and now all of a sudden I don't qualify anymore so why did they call me in the first place
I applied for a loan via clear score. Got approved for a 25k loan after about 1hour they decided to change it to a 18k loan even after the contract was signed. That seems like breaking of contract to me just very disappointed
