What an unpleasant experience. I cancelled my month to month wifi subscription on 1 February 2025. On Feb, March and April 2026 a year later vodacom continue to deduct my acc with different amount despite a contract cancelled a year ago and no service received. I write monthly to customer service with no help or support.
Unfair credit reporting even though account is cancelled. I cancelled my WIFI contract effective 1 February 2025, but they continued to update my credit report negatively even though i cancelled and my contract was on a month to month basis.
I am so disappointed by the handling of my matter. I sold my house and the settlement and bond cancellation were done on the 3 April. On the 1 May despite the new owners having a title deed the bank continues to attempt to debit my account even on the 1 June. I have been calling with no assistance as to why the bond acc is not closed, what are they trying to debit as i do not own the house its sold and the bond has been settled? no response as well from their attorneys that handled the bond.
I recently rented a vehicle at my local branch which was prepaid. When I went to collect the vehicle, the branch was closed and could not take the vehicle. I emailed the local branch, which is always friendly and helpful, which escalated the matter, to my surprise I'm told by someone from a call center Lwazi Mntungwa that i cannot be refunded because the vehicle was not cancelled, how was it not cancelled if I did not take my vehicle. I require a refund of my money. I never took the vehicle because the branch was closed when I went to do the collection. If this is how they treat their customers NEVER prepay for your rental.
I am so beyond disappoined by the rude service offered by CCD courires and the incosideration. I am waiting 2 month now for my discover bank card with them and of recent they were delivering my business bank card. I was specific in my requirement and asked to nominate a third party to receive my cards which they decline. I then informed them to come at a certain time and they confirmed and send me an sms confirming the time. Instead, they arrive before the time they said they will and i inform them i got a confirmation that my card will be delivered between 12 and 16:00 and they should come between. I called and informed the guy he must come between 12 and 14:00 instead he left with my important cars. The delivery guy is extremely rude and does not even greet clients. I need all my cards delivered.

I wrote to Isabella Garcia in June 2021 to cancel my membership and not send me any product, despite this they continued to debit my account which was reversed, no products of theirs i have received which i don't owe them. 9 months later they send me an sms that they handed my overdue account for collection, for what products as i used to pay for my products in advance. i would appreciate if this can be rectified with immediate effect.

I wrote a review on the default listing i received from MTN and Mondo for a service they never rendered to me. Mondo called and their resolution is to activate a sim card they listed me for ONLY today the sim card got activated, i do not want a sim card activated i want my default listing removed from my credit bureau report and this confirms i never received a service from them and they billed me for it. Please cancel this contract and correct my default listing
