Never use Speef AF their service is poor. First experience is unforgettable and not for a good reason. They never answer calls. Their WhatsApp is non operational. They have working hours from 8 to 5 but clearly they have time issues
Stayed there 23 May. Our access card for parking did not work. Was woken up by a ****roach in the bed. ****roaches were al***** even in the shower door. When I asked for an additional glass as there was only 1 glass I was told they don't have glasses in the rooms as it was a dangerous weapon. He brought me an old plastic glass. Yet when I went thought cupboards I found 2 champagne glasses. The fan was so filthy it was sticky. If only help up for a a few minutes then it dropped towards the floor. The coffee table was falling apart as it was rusting away. We could not connect to the TV as remote batteries were corroded. The bed pillows were worn through. Only 1 pillow each. The microwave still had food splatters and we could not eat our breakfast. Just to mention this was Room 607. I would not recommend this venue or stay over. Where you have to enter is a Doggy street and the access cards do not work. If it was not for the one of the other tenants we would still be standing there. It was a very huge disappointment and money wasted.
I was on this site on Friday. Cell C called me telling me I was in the wrong. Well they just redebited me for the 3rd time and another R105 bank charges. Cell C kindly refund.my bank charges as I paid on the 4th already. Please employ competent human beings and not robots
Cell C has been debiting me after I have sent proof of payment via WhatsAp and email yet they go ahead and rede it me. When I enquired about refunds for these fees they said it's not their responsibility. To top is I changed my banking details yet they debit my old account.. Cell C service has deteriorated at a fast rate. Competency is not a priority and their clients are not a priority. There are never Team leaders or managers around. I am VERY DISGRUNTLED. I do not have the cash flow to have lost more than R400 due to a Company's incomptency
I have been battling since 25th March to have a double payment refund. Charmaine and Aletta assisted me and came to light when a colleague, Musi (I think is his name can't remember because he called on the 18.04 and also vanished), called me and confirmed they owe me R1407 and it will take 14 days to clear. This was said to me in the presence of the Ladies mentioned. It is today the 3rd of May and not a sign of my money. None of them even as much as acknowledge my pleas for my refund. I am in dire need of this money as I need it to obtain my son's, who suffers from depression, medication. I have explained this to them over and over but no-one has the decency to respond. Yes you can hide and avoid me but how do you live with yourselves? I am sure I am not the only one you are avoiding because you owe us either explanations or refunds. There is a God who doesn't sleep... Believe me
I paid my license double. Charmaine Selepe tried to help and transferred me to a Aletta. I sent all documents requested and have since the 2nd not been able to contact either. They do not react to any of my messages. My question is why am I begging for my money? If it were me owning them they would've made my life a living hell. ***** is rife in this country.... Was I de*****ed?
Due to an error on renewing my Vehicle Online I paid the renewal fees of R1 407 twice. Natis online advises they can assist on an e-mail or a call or Whatsapp. I have sent multiple messages to request a refund and NO-ONE bothers to attempt to reply. My real concern is will they NATIS reimburse me the one payment I did
Happy New Year All So I canceled 2 subscriptions with Cell C with one only to be paid for airtime and data. Fortunately I took down reference numbers as with my previous experience with Cell C they make no notes on the systems and seems very difficult for them to retrieve Calls. They deducted R2000 plus, which I did not budget for, leaving my medical aid to be unpaid. It is imperative that my medical aid is up to date as I have a child who suffers from me tal illness and admitted to Neuro quite often. Should anything happen now, God willing, we will have an unpaid medical aid and him being unable to be admitted. Cell C I have only come to experience bad service the past plus year. I am going to reverse these unauthorized debit orders and see how quick you will be to deactivate my other accounts. You as a company give poor service but ver fast to rip us of our funds

I have submitted my Return and my 21 days in which they had to verify my banking details have elapsed. My Case was escalated and there is now a further 21 days. Everyday one speaks to *********** people at SARS. I spoke to 1 lady on 17.10 who escalated my Case. For the rest they were useless. SARS employ other Races as well. I battle to understand. The person on the other side battle to understand or explain themselves. When will I get my few rands? Employ equal equity. Give us options to speak to someone who can understand us.
