Same story like everyone else... accounts team doesn't know their heads from their ****s! My bill was submitted to my medical aid who paid 70% of the bill but for some reason I was still invoiced the full 100% and was told to pay now. I told them to fix the invoice and I will pay the outstanding amount once the invoice is amended to the correct amount. Once again I was sent the full invoice... EVENTUALLY they corrected it and sent me an invoice with the correct amount, I paid, sent the POP as requested and responded to the email within the hour. A week later I am now getting harassed with phone calls (had to block them) and receiving more invoices from them, demanding money (that has already been paid in full). Disgusting service, clearly very *********** as they don't know how to do a bank recon OR they are just big time ****mers, either way, don't waste your time.
I wanted to do an online order and found that a few things were on special (if you buy 2), so I put two in my cart (which I would not do if they were not on special). When I got to my check out I noticed the total was a little high and ended up double checking and none of the specials were taken into account, and therefore charging me over R100 extra! I don't know if this is a glitch in the system or a money making gimmick but watch out. They are quick to advertise the special but it fails to be captured at check out. *In addition, when I tried to email their customer help line, both addresses bounced back... Such "wonderful" service.
Terrible service. Ordered items online to be delivered. I didn't get any notifications, SMS, or emails regarding an update on my order but when I went to go and track it on their system a few days later it stated "Complete". I never received my package, a waybill number, a tracking link, the couriers details or a delivery pin (which is supposedly required). When I questioned the "complete" status I was told that my parcel was out for delivery and would received it that day. Needless to day I didn't receive it then (nor was an attempt made). Dischem seriously needs to sort out their tracking system as currently it is abysmal and I will not recommend or use them again.
The Dunked Double crunch burger gave me and my husband food poisoning... needless to say I will NEVER go back there!
I ordered a product (baby clothes) as a gift and received the wrong size. I have since returned and received the wrong size 4 times now... So well after a month of trying, I gave up and requested a credit on my account, I was told the return has been concluded however I haven't received the credit or a voucher for my returned product. Clearly someone is asleep on the job.
Unpaid blood tests, ultrasounds that "aren't covered" and no one seems to know what they are doing! If you email them you wait weeks for a response (not the 3-5 business days they state) and if you phone them you'll get a different answer to your question each time. I got medical aid so that when I got pregnant, the medical bills would be one less thing to worry about but honestly, dealing with Sizwe Hosmed is more painful than labour. Disgusting service, would not recommend!
LOCA's staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly, they make you feel like you are part of the family. They have some stunning dresses in all different styles. They do rentals and made-to-own dresses, and the workmanship is flawless. For them it's not just about the dress, it's the whole experience. 10/10 would recommend LOCA!
Disgusting service! Money-hungry ***s! I signed a 2-year cellphone contract and agreed to pay R*** per month for the next 2 years. A few months down the line I was debited nearly double the agreed-upon amount, and a month after that, even more went off. How is this right or just? When queried we were told there was nothing they could do... Interesting how they weren't so nonchalant and lazy when they were trying to get more money. Would NOT recommend Vodacom to anyone.

I am not very happy with their communication. It states on their website that if you sign up for their newsletter they will give you 10% off your first online purchase. After having signed up, I never received a discount code and it never reflected on my account. I'm not sure if it is a scam or if it's just a ploy to get people to read their articles, either way, it's sad.
