Defy always blames customers for their microwaves or other appliances to stop working like we are responsible for them not to full proof their appliances not to be infested by insects. I stay in a place that is fumed every month but instead of fixing the thing they chose to blame me..like what did I I do wrong ? As a result, I’ve informed all my family we no longer buying their products cz other brands fix things without making excuses
I have been charged for a delivery on the 10th of August and these useless people keep on telling me that my bank is responsible but my bank says it's them. They said first it will reflect in 3 to 5 working days and now telling me about a month and when I send them proof the *********** employee just brushes me off and it's worse because they dnt even have a telephone number where you can complain. I will be reporting them to the ombudsman and will gather a petition to have these companies not south african owned give a phone number and not let useless people that are in other countries handle issues that they do not know how to handle and all they do is sit in front of a computer and scribble nonsense as responses to people. This company really needs to be dealt with as I am also going to make sure that my lawyers deal with them cz I dnt tolerate nonsense and so should any south african having issues with this company. They dnt even have an email but are serving in this country how?
Worse service in the world and they call you and no one speaks for 5 minutes then they drop the call. They did this more than 5 times, worse they have 180 but doesn't allow you to speak to anyone and the app worst app I have ever seen in my life. Useless... I hv called my lawyers and recorded the empty calls amounting to more than 1 hour and canceling their debit order and looking forward to seeing them try to speak to me with regards to the money they only care about... I will be enjoying myself on MTN so long... We will see how desperate they are to reach me. I don't do BS so continue Telkom with your lousy service. Thank you
Do not use this hospital, it's aim is to make money and leave people broke. They don't listen and they think they are the only doctors and hospital with **** service. I had to remind nurses about medication and Dr Makhoba one of their surgeon doesn't care about patients (My scope report shows that, I can write a better report them the **** written on mine... No wonder the medical aid threw it away n requested a professional one). This is the last time I use any melomed hospital, you get better service at groote schuur than melomed.
It's a shame that pep is telling people how convinient is their PAXI service, it's filled with uncaring staff who think sorry solves the same problems they create on their own. What a poor service from this shop and honestly I think this PAXI thing should be stopped as they are creating more frustrations than helping cz they truly suck in general and you get stories like they can't call couriers but end up calling the same courier 😅🤦♂️ no no no this company needs to be shut down. We are suffering because of them and this happened in December and now again in January. We should rather use Postnet it's cheaper and more reliable than pep and PAXI
I'm appalled by the service of PAXI and pep, you get a date for delivery but no one gls you anything and when you call they only say sorry like sorry is going to fix having my son leave without getting his school stuff making me look *********** whilst I did not get anything done wrong. It's frustrating cz now I'm being blamed for their mistake and it's business as usual for them. I'll rather have to use postnet nest time the service for PAXI is awful very awful.
As a business I thought all employees were treated equally, especially employees who deal with rowdy and uncontrollable customers that are drunk and rude. I'm hurt that I have nominated staff including their manager at Shoprite Watergate Liqour Store for a couple of months for how they deal with customer that have the same bad attitudes I mentioned above but they do their job with a smile and treat us like people instead of the bad service and treatment we receive from the FMCG side. I think it's high time that these employees all get the recognition they deserve before they feel bitter seeing the FMCG side getting credit for employee of the month with the bad service we often receive. If Shoprite does not want to recognize them for their great work ethics then I do not value the company as a whole because it now tells me that Shoprite would rather acknowledge bad service which I always mostly get from every store in Cape Town at their FMCG section but always feel happy and at ease when dealing with Shoprite Liqour staff. I demand that we acknowledge these employees this month so it can boost their self esteem and imagine what service we would receive when they just told thank you and you deserve the recognition this month. December is around the corner and they will deal with more rude and bad customers and will have to take it with a smile to give Shoprite a good name but Shoprite meantime under values them. I am willing to stand outside Shoprite Liqour and also run an online and physical petition to prove my case, I just hope it doesn't have to come to that and that Shoprite management at Watergate Mall take this opportunity to do right by its employees. This is what I beg of Shoprite and I am willing to go an extra mile for those employees as they truly deserve the recognition before it's too late.
This review is no way anyway related to Defy as the company as it has not yet done anything to redeem its reputation for now but this is to give praise to the technician who came to work on the fridge by the name of Shepard Abosuli who showed professionalism and UBUNTU. His humility is what made me feel that he deserves the praise because he listened to me and that helped for us to find the problem because the previous technician did his own thing which wasn’t listening or anything. Thanks to Shepard for his work ethics and he should be praised by Defy as he can make us forgive their mistakes.
My fridge has once again given me problems and Defy Cape Town has been dragging their feet again and I have been the victim of having to throw away food cz of that and they so cheap that they would rather fix your fridge when they please and run away from replacing it as faulty as it gets even though you still have warranty. So appalled 🤮🤮🤮🤮 by this service I will sell their fridge for s****s and move to other companies rather than be treated like I dnt matter when I paid over 10 000 for their fridge. Dnt trust defy even if they lie and say they care they actually dnt.
I was so dissatisfied with my meal that I bought at Spur in Sea Point next to Protea Hotel. The food was burnt and dull. I did let the waiter know and they informed the supervisor and we received a free 400 gram ribs as a token for the burnt food. It was slightly better but they can do more. They should take advice from Spur Kenilworth. Also I did give them my Spur card number but it doesn’t appear on my transactions as I had spent a good amount on the day. The transition from old system to the new app is terrible as I have lost most of my spending and hoping they help as I did call the Spur call center and got the number same night I was there. All in all I am not satisfied with the service at all
