I got the drive thru, just to find 2 giggling staff members saying they dont have any chickens Unfortunately I could not get out, sat for 10 minutes in the drive thru, no one at the windows. Get to the last one and I asked the woman what is going on, she then said 30 minutes, yet they did not even take my order. I refused to leave until I spoke to a manager, which they refused to do. All of a sudden they acting all busy inside, the woman was muttering a lot of *******, clearly aimed at me. Other times, you also and have to park and wait and regularly you dont get everything you ordered, and im yet to meet a friendly staff member! Don't go there. Its the worse place!!
This place is the worse. So I get to the stop to place my order, 2 cars behind me. 2 staff members are standing there having a giggle,saying they have no chicken. No one takes my order, next stop, no one is there. We are all sitting there. Get to the collect counter, 10 minutes later, and they go, what do you want? really? I then told everyone in the que there is no chicken, yet they took orders of some cars. They proceeded then to act 'busy' inside. they then proceeded to fully ignore me and swore at me. I refused to leave and sat there for over 15 minutes. no help, refused to get the manager to come talk to me, and the whole time they were throwing aggressive jabs in a language I do not understand. Rudest, ****** bunch of people ive met in a while.
So they promised a huge negotiated price in March, just to come back 2 months later, to add R2000, now they've come back again wanting another R3500, so in effect I'm right back to what I owed.In the meanwhile they take huge sums, so even if I go back I'm in more debt with the banks and won't be able to cover what ive missed in the last 6.months. They keep giving last.mimute deadlines, threatening all kinds of stuff, but can not get back to you. They dont respons, or send useless mails that dont adress the matter. @shannon is lekker in the beginning but now she's ghosting us. Don't do it! You just ending paying them and not the people you owe money too. Let's see if they will now bother to pick up our calls or send a email that's worth more than the data they have wasted the last few weeks
tried to stop 2 *****ulent payments. one and a half hours later, seeing as you either get referred to the app, which says your dispute can't be processed, to 5 different bots on their messages that love ending the chat, I eventually get told ro block the card and only then will they look into it. Which also means their charging me for 2 cadss at R280. so I'm out of pocket and FNB instead of protecting me as they can't or won't resolve the payments are making money out of this.And there is no guarantee that I will get my money back! Plse stay away from these ****mers
So they deduct 2 data accounts for nearly over a year! To try and get this cancelled and get my money refunded is so pointless. 1st I get sorry we called you, you did not pick up, like really you can keep trying, but you do not need to stalker phone me 3 times in a row, when I did pick up I asked you kindly to call me in the morning, which you DID NOT! Also phoning back that number is just as pointless as it does not exist! So now its my fault that you double deducted. Now I keep getting told its still being reviewed and wait 48 hours, its been more than a week! I want my money back!
Spar randpark Ridge is newly opened and were right back to the bad service. 15h00 in the afternoon no bread, no fruit except oranges and apples, the deli doesn't want to help,they are so rude! new coat, same stinky emperor

you can't return the stuff to stores and it's impossible for them to help you. Don't do it!!!
Worse place ever. Try call their service Centre. So you sit through the 5 minutes of pain to finally get through to a operator , they then go sorry were not available. If your lucky you get to talk to someone and they can only perform basic functions, you have to repeat yourself a thousand times and they still cant help you! Again today another 30 minutes (not joking) problem still not solved! I would rather phone Telkom or COJ then you people!
