I’m very disappointed with auto general,they choose cheap repair shops and my vehicle was repaired less than a year and the paint is peeling off already. I have been requesting call back since I took my vehicle back and no communication. Absolutely bad service! I want my vehicle repaired properly

I’m very unhappy with the level of service I receive from you guys each time. I am writing to express my concern regarding the delay in processing my insurance claim for my business vehicle.Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any meaningful update or response regarding the status of the claim. This lack of communication is extremely concerning, especially considering that this vehicle is an essential asset for my business operations. This is not the first and second time you guys delay my claims, I am still waiting for a recovery from last year April for the same specific vehicle. The continued delay is directly affecting my ability to serve clients and generate revenue, resulting in significant financial loss. As this is a business vehicle, I respectfully request immediate attention to this matter and a clear timeline for resolution.

Very unprofessional, I have been waiting for feed back regarding my recovery for over 4months now since I received the first letter about the updates on my case, every time I try getting hold of the person responsible for my case, they cut the line. They have been telling me the same story since May, nothing has changed. Poor poor service

Overall I’m not happy about the vehicle I bought, first of all i was told the car was in good condition, which it wasn’t. It had a broken wiper cover which they replaced with a new one, turns out the new one they sent is also broken. Didn’t even get a full tank of gas. Communication is very poor even, once you buy the car they don’t care anymore so I would suggest that you must do a proper investigation before making a purchase here.
