Worst experience with their online order at Belhar steers in Cape Town , they did not delivery my drink after I had paid for it .the manager at the store contacted me to apologise and offer delivery , and till to date I still haven’t received it.not only do they make their employees work at the garden , they also don’t deliver!
If you thinking of purchasing anything at Makro online DO NOT even bother. I made an order online on the 27th February which was suppose to be delivered on the 6th March latest and till date the order had not been delivered , there is absolutely no communication from Makro or any update on what’s happening with my order. I sent a complaint email and I still haven’t received any assistance regarding the matter.

Do not even bother trusting the garden venue with hosting a memorable event for you , especially the sales agent @lovemorenoah and Sarah /Sandra the events coordinator and HR. They ****med us for a 60th birthday that was on the 16 August 2026 . A full amount of R6000 was paid for a photographer to take pictures of the event , the photographer arrived late and took pictures and till to date we have never received those pictures and now we are being ignored by the team since August.They promised us a refund and apology lunch then started ignoring us again.

On the 10th of April 2022 I tried to make an online purchase at debonairs pizza kagiso shopping center for an amount of R189,90 plus R15 delivery fee which amounts to R204,90 , unfortunately I received a call from +27 (11) 410-1127 which is from the branch after +20 minutes of waiting and was told they can not make the delivery I was therefore going to be refunded my money back. On the 13th of April 2022 I received a bank notification when I woke up that around 6:30am There was a purchase of R204 from debonairs pizza that I do not know off , I am currently in Johannesburg gauteng having my phone and card with me ,I had not made any purchases from debonairs nor received any order ever since so I do not understand how my money had been purchased as this is regarded as fraud. I am so disappointed as I thought purchasing online is secure as I’ve been doing it over the past years , I am so confused as to what transpired. I sent an email and called famous brands , debonairs, also contacted debonairs on their Facebook official page but no action has been taken or email responded. I sent a review on this website even but still no response ,I am highly disappointed with famous brands as well as Debonairs

Very bad company I’ve been waiting for my delivery for a month and a half now , no form of communication from them or update on my order delivery. Poor service and rude consultants on their customer service they just hang up , they don’t even reply their WhatsApp . Worst logistics company one can ever work with they just couldn’t care less.
Hello Peter ..I had made an order with Shein official for the first time on February .. I provided the address that they should used for my delivery however I still haven’t received it ..I was informed my order will be delivered on the 24th of March .I then received a call that it was to be delivered at a wrong address let along wrong province . I tried to contact shame but they just useless they told me to contact my local courier and didn’t provide me with full contact details or where to start about . It’s now the 31st of March and their website says I have received my package but I haven’t received anything
