Tried to purchase an item since the last 2 weeks, keep getting the same message and error. Called the online department. Stock in only in Botswana. So please stop having sales without stock - its extremely frustrating for customers!!!!

Blocked my device - stating the company I bought the device from has bad debt with MTN. I have nothing to do with the bad debt and frankly - its not my problem. Nobody in MTN can disclose any information on this matter. Extremely frustrating and inhumane! Processes are man made, and surely we can go above and beyond a man made rule to keep customers happy. I have nothing to do with MTN and I'm glad I am not using this network. Leadership team, please wake up! Your brand will go down if you keep frustrating people.
Please do not purchase from this store. Extremely poor communication and service. You have to literally phone them and beg to understand where your order is. And no one can tell you exactly where your order is. I have contacted them 5 times to check where my order is. Courier company is not contacting me, my order status keeps stating " order could not be delivered" with no explanation. Dunns - pls fire your courier company. seems someone is very ***********!!! I have requested to be refunded and i hope they deal this properly. Order - D61024
I have a request for price beat on 06 February - reference #9E1O and since then i have NOT received any feedback or the outcome of my request. I have called several times to get feedback, all i hear is there is no responses from the team. I called again last week to speak to someone senior/ a manager, i was told there is no manager to speak to. The people at GAME are making the business go down big time. Sad but true. There is zero care for customers. Really disappointing. I have called and emailed over 10 times already and to this day 18 Feb, I do not know the outcome of my price beat request. Zero communication. Poor, poor, poor!
Getting hold of someone to speak to at vodacom is absolutely frustrating. Everything is now via TOBI and TOBI is absolutely useless. Via the online chat, it's TOBI, the contact number goes to TOBI. My issues is not getting resolved. Where is the human touch to customer experience??? Bots cannot solve much. Please change your business model, else Vodacom will go down big time.
