Ticket number:0906222106XI372 It started with my bag weighing more it should and they charge me R17,00 I gave them R20,00 never got my change. I paid R550,00 in cash. 1. I had to seat on wet seat cause the air conditioner was not working 2. The bus was extremely hot we had to move around because of the leakage of water. 3. The television was not working,we endured a very bad service from intercape bus line. 4. Very bad and arrogance of the staff at Bloemfontein. I will never us this bus services. 5. I have prove to substantiate my complaint 6. I strongly believe they should reimburse me.
