Hi They did not cone back to me in the portal for a new will so I phoned them telephonically for assistance They are now refusing to pay the referral despite me raising this at the start of the process Previous attempts to get payment I was told I had to make 3 successful payments It's now 6 and I have to cancel the policy and start all over again Penny wise pound foolish
I have one script with the chemist For some reason I can only get 1 of the meds weeks after This can't be as it has to be taken with another medicine on script The call center phones twice on one day but when you ask them to investigate they don't come back to you All calls are apparently recorded Now I hear my profile is gone Changed from clicks Was that a mistake !
Overcharged grossly Part that costs 1000 rand they charge 2500 rand

I do not get any feedback with regards to my late husband estate I keep going in circles and all they do is used generic emails One can't help but think that they are working according to COVID rules In other words not working at all No matter what division I contact they all give bad service!!!!
