Lost Money
I paid R500 waited for my order only to receive a message from customs demanding another R500 for customs I nearly died.i had to forget about the order.pls someone intervene we are being ****** daylight when you order they don't disclose that they are not in south africa

Worst experience ever with clicks stop advertising that online orders take 2-3 working days to get delivered that's a bad marketing strategy it's day 5 for me since I ordered no goods they keep sending from pillar to post and don't reply I'm done

I installed wifi on 12/07/24 and since it has been buffering I contact your consultant since he has been logging tickets with no help,I contact them again this month about the problem and was told ty cannot find the problem whilst I'm offline I made payments and it still buffering contacted the consultant again he said it will take 72 hrs for technicians to assist why should I wait that long for your service pls fix this

Shipped abroad stuff
I bought boots for R569 then I saw some nice jewelry for R4.00 and R19.00 they delivered the shoes fine a few days later I received an email stating that my parcel is with Buffalo logistics come on guys what is orders totalling R50.00 doing with Buffalo it's a joke so I'm expected to pay custom duties and delivery for tha***** nor the 1st time zando sells shipped from abroad stuff but in the past when you clicked on the item it stated that you will enquire more amount because it's been shipped from abroad.Zando if I want to order from abroad I can do it myself not through you,you are deceiving ppl be transparent
