I cant remember the last time I ordered something using Checkers Sixty60 and actually received all the items. On the app, everything I orde is in stock, but during shopping, there are multiple items not available. I tried 3 times over a 2 week span to order a razor. All three times the item shows as “in stock”, however in all cases, I did not receive the item. Not even the backup item either. If the items is not available, TAKE IT OFF YOUR LIST OF AVAILABLE ITEMS. Don't tell me that in two weeks, you had stock, but it just so happened that at the time I ordered, there was none availablek. Get your act together, or stop your online service! You are misleading the public cause you know, even when credited for the missing items, next time a customer is not just going to order the missing item. They will order that, also additional items, and again you are charged for delivery as well.
I have been using Bark for a while and although not 100% happy with the service in general, I did get a few leads so far, so it was okay for me to continue using them… until they decided to announce their latest policy. It states that you will loose you credits if not used within 3 months. Right, so let me get this straight… you want to charge me my hard earned cash, at a premium price I might add, to buy credits, so potential customers can contact me. Then you want to “*****” my credits if customers don't contact me??? Who came up with this stupid idea? Hello, it’s MY money, MY credits, purchased legally. Im not paying to use your site, Im paying so customers can contact me. That is how you make your money. I cannot force customers to contact me! If I buy, say 100 credits and I don’t get and leads just because people are simply not interested in using my services at that time, you want to take MY credits away?? Are you insane? This is no a rewards/loyalty type program where you gave that to me and have some time limitation on it. This is MY cash I spent so customers can contact me. Then they have the audacity to say this decision was made to give all professionals a fair chance. A fair chance of what? In seeing who get leads first? This is not a competition, its a platform to gain customers. So, BARK, take your site and shove it up where the sun don’t shine, as deep as you possibly can! When I finished my current credits, so am I using your platform.
Its such a pity that one must click on at least one star to be able to write a review, otherwise I would have given this rating zero stars. The service of these clowns are truly pathetic to say the least. I received a notification that my parcel is “Out on delivery” and will be delivered within 48 hours. It’s now been 5 days and still nothing. I cannot leave my house in fear that they might show in the same time I am not home. Don't even get me started on contacting them. They simply don't respond to any calls or WhatsApp messages and their automated complaints app was probably written by child doing a project for school. I wish I never have to deal with them ever again.
Such a pity one cannot select no stars on this site. The best thing FrogFoot can do for their customers is to close their doors, permanently. The level of incompetence is simply unbelievable. Beyond pathetic!
A lot of bad reviews on HelloPeter for Frogfoot, but when credit is due, I think it should be given as well. My fibre line was damaged yesterday and this afternoon the guys came out to repair. Within 5 minutes the problem was sorted and I was able to do my work again. The service agents and technicians were prompt and friendly. Thank you Frogfoot.
I purchased an HDMI extender kit and at first, the interaction with HDCabling was great. I was advised which unit to go for and the communication in general was good. The total price was a little over R5000, so one would expect that the shipping is included, but it was not the case. Most of the online stores like Takealot, Loot, Geewiz, Amatron, etc will courier the items free of charge, provided that you spent a minimum of approx R500 to R1000. HDCabling has a R20,000 limit for free shipping. Take a minute and let it sink in… Even in the case where I had to return items using the other online stores, the courier service was always taken care off under warrantee. This was the first time I had to pay for any courier service for items purchase for this value. Anyway, I wanted the extender kit and ignored the fact that I to pay the shipping costs. A few days ago, the device stopped working and I contacted HDCabling to either repair or replace, since it was still under warrantee. I was told to sent the unit to them for testing. Again, I had to pay for the courier service. Yet another R250 out of my pocket for a defective device purchased from HDCabling, and under warranty. The unit was found to be irreparable and it was replaced. Again, I was told to arrange and pay for the courier to collect. So, apart from the initial shipping cost, I spent an additional R500 on shipment for something which should been covered under warrantee, especially when I paid over R5000 for it to begin with. When I complained about this, the “Warrantee Policy” was thrown at me. It’s simple… it’s all about customer satisfaction, so take your policy and shove it. I found many places who sells the better 4k model for R1000 less, and include shipment costs! Yes, you read correctly… R1000 less on a better version, including free shipping. I guess I should have done my homework better, right? At the end of the of the day, the additional units I was planning to buy from HDCabling, I will now purchase from another supplier. At least you have your policy to hold to, right?
On route from Durban to Johannesburg I stopped for a quick bite at the M&B Harrismith. I ordered a “Big Ben” Eggs Benedict and cappuccino. It was the only food I had that day. Roughly 1 hour later and on the road again, I started feeling real bad. My heart-rate increased, started to sweat and I was feeling dizzy. I kept going and when I got home, as I stopped, I started puking uncontrollably. I had to rush to the bath room and that is where I spend most of the time. The next day I was admitted at the MediCross Clinic for food poisoning. They gave me meds and 2 drips, because I lost 4kg of water in one day and was to weak to move much. I contacted M@B twice in the week to tell them what happened, but they are ignoring me flat-out. Thats ok, I just hope they don't end up killing someone.
Stay away from this, its a scam!!! You pay a fee of R400, even after they tell you registration is free and once you complete the work, they cut you off without payment. You don’t get any payment and your access to the site is revoked. They owe us $600. We dealt with someone call Stephany who is very evasive when trying to contact her. Email support is none existent on the website. Don't be fooled into this scam. Website: http://www.homebasework.net/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIuMTLs_-V-AIV4mDmCh3FGAzbEAAYAiAAEgIQ0_D_BwE
Absolute pathetic service! I am on fibre for only a few months now and I already had to log 6 tickets for no connection. Same BS reason every-time... damaged fibre. How many times can a fibre break?? When it goes down, I have to wait a day or even more for them to fix.
Last time I use them. I will rather drive there myself and do the delivery. I placed an order very early in the morning to ensure that the delivery is made early as well the same day. Still waiting and it is 4pm already. Never again!!!
