Tracking hasn't updated, no one answers at call centre. What the hell is happening Aramex?!
I purchased a credit report days ago and paid for the report with my credit card through sage pay. The payment cleared and I received an email from transunion that my credit report was available. Yet when I login, there is no credit report and they say they are still awaiting payment. I have the proof of payment from Sagepay and its gone off my credit card. I have tried to contact them via their website but the contact us page does not work - it does not let you submit a message. I have spoken to the call centre who were not helpful at all and just tried to sell me another dam report instead of trying to help me. If this is not resolved today I will be contacting sagepay and my bank to try reverse the payment as I have paid for a product that I have not received and cannot get support from Transunion at all.
We specifically chose Cartrack because of their claim that it works in the neighbouring countries. When signing up we specifically request Cartrack to make sure that it will work outside RSA. Yes yes we were assured. We even signed to this extent, please check your documentation on file. We fit the unit and what happens the first day the vehicle crosses the border, turns out the device does not work outside RSA. What a complete waste of money and now we have no vigil on our business assets. Our business relies on having oversight of all vehicles across border and cannot rely on such an incompetent company. Despite all your claims to the contrary. Our contract was for a device that works internationally, as your device does not do this despite your adverti*****t, please cancel the contract and refund us. You can come collect your useless unit.
Ordered some products in November 2017. Sent a follow up email in Jan after hearing nothing further, which did not help. I eventually got hold of someone in May only to be told that not only will they not refund me for the order that they never sent, they will not be dispatching the products that I paid for in November. That makes them a criminal enterprise, they take your money and never deliver. This place is a scam, don't believe anything they say about offering a refund, it is a lie. They'll flat out refuse to do it, citing terms and conditions that they don't even have the audacity to publish! Should have read the comments on here before stupidly falling for this con. You are warned, stay far, far away from this website.
I submitted the cancellation form to cancel my landline in the beginning of October. This was later confirmed by your retentions department. I then paid my bill for the month of November even though service was cancelled for October. I now receive another bill for December. This is now 60 days after cancellation was served, so you can bet I am not paying. Please get your accounts department to rectify this billing error.
Unbelievably shocking service received from VW in Bellville. Sent a business vehicle in for a service on a Friday morning and paid them via EFT that same morning. Payment was made Standard bank to Standard Bank. They claim not to have received payment despite having received a letter from my business banker confirming that the payment has gone through & is reflecting. Was forced to come in and make a second payment so they would release the vehicle. Ordinarily I would have left the vehicle there and refused to pay a 2nd time but since this is a company vehicle, the loss of income would've been too great. I am now struggling to get a refund for the double payment that they forced me to make. They have a "company policy" not to release vehicles paid for at their discretion but it seems that this policy doesn't extend to refunding clients who they extort for double payments. Rather, its a bunch of foot-dragging and an exercise in making up as many ridiculous excuses as they can think of. This "live banking system" they were using to tell me my payment wasn't reflecting cannot seem to make a refund within a reasonable time. This is despite confirmation from Standard Bank to the contrary. This means they either want to use my car or my money, interest free for 4 days. Talk about criminal. Will be a cold day in hell if you ever see any of my business again. Advice to anyone considering this dealer: Don't do it, they're a bunch of unscrupulous thieves. Drive a little further if you have to, save yourself the headache.

For months now I have been receiving SMS's from Sibaya, after replying stop as is indicated in the message to unsubscribe, I am still, unbeknownst to me as to why, being contacted. <br> <br> I am beyond sick and tired of your spam, please remove my number from any and all lists that you have. I have also reported your bad practices to my cellular network as well as WASPA.
