Yoh! Debonairs Vincent, East London serves the most dry & tasteless pizza. It's horrible. It's like I'm eating cardboard with loads of sauce & a tad bits of meat/veg, omg it's just horrible. Eating this **** should be listed as one of 100 ways to die or get sick.
I've only received R20 because it's a small amount, I was just testing if the app is legit. After sending them numerous emails requesting they delete my account because they're ******, it can't take a month to process R20, there's a R58 left in my wallet that I couldn't cashout because I need 5 approved coupons & at least R25. After my google review they allowed me to withdraw the money, I did. Guess what??😍 I immediately after that I got an email saying my account has been deleted as per my request. I won't even bother asking why delete when I still a pending R50 withdrawal. I just hope they deleted it. I want nothing to do with SnapnSave ever again, it's a ****. Believe these reviews, you've been warned!! Stay away from them.
They finally paid my R20 cashout on 21 Feb (i.e yesterday) after sending them numerous emails requesting for my account to be deleted because they're operating a ****. They'd respond & say they can't close my account since I made a withdrawal so they're still processing the transaction. I laugh at how they say they investigate if the bank acct is legit, if not they take legal action against you😂like bro, y'all are literally a bunch of ******, what the heck!!!?? It can never take a month to process a lousy R20. I only got this money cause it's a small amount, had I withdrawn R80 I was never gonna get it. So after cashing out R20, I immediately tried the remaining R50, I couldn't because I need to get 5 approved coupons & at least R25🤣 I have an entire R58 camping in there that I can't have because I need AT LEAST R25 to cashout?? Chile y'all can keep it😂I just need my account closed & personal info removed from your database. Thanks for the R20 though😂✌🏼

My experience with Mobrog has been pleasant. I've managed to get compensation for completed surveys & withdraw my money. I'd highly recommend it, however towards the end of 2023 I've been screened out a lot and getting the same survey that gets nowhere. Also remuneration is usually stated on each survey but it hasn't been like that lately. Something is off but I'm still with them.
The new changes that delivery will now take 2-5 days for orders outside Cape Town are true, as they have stated in their social media accounts. I placed an order on 15 March, my order was fulfilled on 20 March & I've just received it today (24 March). Geez! Thanks a lot to Vannie Kaap for hearing our grievances because the last time I bought online I received my parcel after a month. I applaud & appreciate this improvement in customer service. Best service, nice food. However the staff is a bit slow? Orders pile up & no one attends to them. I sat for more than 10 minutes looking at my order sitting there, no one was attending to them. The gent serving at the till was alone behind the counter, couldn't help in giving out our order as the queue was long. Good thing they serve good food though. I enjoy the Double Big Boss Meal. The bun, lettuce & tomato is always fresh. The chicken fillets are always nicely cooked, the chips are always the best. Well done guys, keep it up.
No star rating should be a thing. My mother had a HomeOwner Insurance & Nedbank decided to terminate it. They sent her an SMS towards the end of 2021 notifying her of the termination. She went to inquire about this & they told her they sent her an email, she asked for a print out of this email because we never received it, she got the print out. It was sent to an incorrect email address. This Nedbank inefficiency led to my mom to keep on paying in 2020 & 2021 for an insurance that was terminated in 2020 & only an SMS that was sent in 2021 notified her about this. She has all the receipts to prove the payments but they refuse to pay her back because of an email they sent to a wrong address. So who has been receiving this money & why can't she be paid back?
A month & 1 week of waiting, I finally got a reply via email after I had gone through lengths of finding anyone relevant who can sort out this mess. The 4 star rating is because of Mr Eurythius Meyer who was very understanding and extremely helpful even though it was not his responsibility to ensure I get answers. VK in Cape Town needs to up their game, communication is key. Improve communication PLEASE! I got extra something as an apology, grateful for that but do I recommend buying from them online? NO! Unless you're as patient as I am 😂Buy directly from the store.
