My mom recently was approved for finance on another car she wanted to purchase from We buy cars, she signed off on everything and the car was released to us. All of a sudden MFC is saying they do not approve this finance and initially they did. Is this even legal? This is a breach of contract I believe

Budget VAP Motor warranty at it again with nonsense service. I have been requesting for a Proof of payment for the release of my car from the dealer from a claim they rejected, after they asked for the car to be stripped for R6000 and now I have to pay that balance for nothing. I have been asking for this POP since Tuesday, still nothing. Can I get help?

They say they fixed my car, but they only made it worse. You are failing dismally when it comes to customer service, from the front desk lady who is so rude and unable to address customers. To the boss who comes up with any possible story to not release the car. I’d say go elsewhere with your car.

You guys have to be the slowest responding motor warranty insurance service provider. I have never had to wait a month to receive authorisation and after that another week to pay the dealer. I am now stuck without a car because Budget Insurance accounts department has no direct line to receive calls and to send a mere proof of payment to the dealer, who has completed the job. I am so disappointed
