I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the way your company has handled my order. Your service has been very poor from the beginning. First, you required us to make payment through the link you sent, and now you inform us that it will take 7–10 days to reflect. This is completely unacceptable. I deeply regret ever using your service. From day one, we have been treated badly, and this experience has left me with no trust in your company. I will never make use of your services again in the future, and I will strongly advise others to avoid going through the same frustration. Your lack of efficiency and poor customer service are very disappointing, and I regret ever choosing your company.
The best in this 3 years unfortunately I need to sell my car I will do their services in the future again
If you want stress do online shopping you will suffer today I was suppose to get my order but since I asked them in July and 2 weeks ago to amend and check if the address it's present nothing like that happened this morning courier service contacted me to confirm the address but I told him no it's not Rochester still had the audicity to make delivery knowing exactly it won't happen because they never bothered to amend the address worse I was not even going to get my full order but it was paid fully on 25 of October 2024 when I do follow up customer service is very bad

I was from your store now even last year I wanted to return WiFi router month to month uncapped WiFi I called this number 083 135 and 083 123 3667 they said we can go to any MTN store and cancel this we will receive IRMS NUMBER then we call them with that number it will be cancelled but your Sales person disagree by the Name of Kenny. Even now I called your head office they said the same thing we should return to any MTN store even if it was online purchase what is wrong with MTN Sales person in Vanderbijlpark or its Branches in Vanderbijlpark I even disputed debit transaction with my bank not to pay the WiFi because I don't want to use it anymore I have Fibre at my place
Big ****mers people must not try their luck by being by their tenants before we left the apartment we made sure it was newly renovated by painting the apartment doing spring cleaning inspecting therally if there is any damages none was found we hired professionals to do that three days before my contract expires I made sure we move out as family of three people. Manager of the building was impressed with what he saw he even said I am sending pictures now you deserve your deposit full today this ****** send their **** maitanace qoute saying that the walls are dirty they need to paint them there are holes on the wall big ****s like everyone knows only to **** our deposit but I won't let it slide my legal advisor is taking of the matter as today once they send that deposit back which they ****ming us about he/she said we must wait for them to see if they truly mean on their qoute Even we called and sms Manager of the building and showed him that qoute he said that's not true about holes, painting of dirty walls they created the **** maitanace qoute as usual I have sent them correct pictures so it's Necron ****ming you I still have pictures with me like the pictures you also took and have. I really hate this Necron from day one we stayed there two years was horrible even Electricity it's a biggest **** but I still going to make sure they taste their own medicine by trying to **** me if I didn't renovate the place or do inspection by myself before the manager of the building I was going to say it's fine so it will never slide Hemmingway Heights Vanderbijlpark unit 74 which I was staying in.
I deeply disappointed with NECRON since I have stayed in their complex I never thought it will come to seeking legal advice but I am taking this route actually they ****ming tenants No one is happy at all by staying under their management even if it's time to leave the place but Rental and house pribunal and lawyers said they will take over the matter

I went at your lewis store in Vanderbijlpark yesterday to pay full amount of lay-by I did 2 weeks ago there's a male cashier/consultant who works with females only very bad customer service who is very aggressive who doesn't have a glue how sales person do their job but busy cancelling our laybys and I have been getting great help prior from other people before he arrives in that store. They need to train him more because Lewis will be left empty as their are no lots of customers as usual because of him he doesn't know how to do his job from onset pity the lady who was assist me was on lunch she felt so hurtful after I told her what happened she said I must come back already that time I went to the other furniture shop to get best service Lewis Vanderbijlpark very bad service because of that male.
I have been sending emails today regarding a place I booked in Benlize through Safari on Saturday 11 June 2022 it shows is available but they told me is not so I told them to change rooms for me but they said is impossible because I made bookings with Safari so why can't you respond back to 3 emails I sent this morning because they want to give me a just a room and we are family we need self catering with lounge, ensuite bathrooms, kitchen braai area ect or this is a scam if so legal action against must be made
