I have found that the service from take alot has been shocking. The delays on my orders and then the cancelations of items without notifying me and then i go and click on that item to see if they have another colour and the exact same item in the exact same colour is available. I have also noticed that on the website if i have something in my basket it will reflect out of stock but if i click on it it will show as in stock but at a higher price.
I am disgusted with Capitec. They were supposed to sort out something on my husbands credit over a year ago and they still have not done this, due to their incompetance we have lost out on a bond approval and a house. Do not go to capitec they are useless and do not know what they are doing. He was assured over and over again that the issue was rectified and that their legal department would phone him back and give him a letter, to this day he has not received a phone call or a letter.
I placed an online order this morning. I ordered items that was on the buy 3 and pay for 2 special as I need 3 of each for gifts. I get an email from clicks later saying that they dont have an item in stock and have credited me a percentage of what that item cost. In the meantime I now have to go back to clicks to buy a replacement and outlay money now for that item because they did not update their website. If they had that item as out of stock in the first place like they should have then I would have gone into the store and gotten the special there but now I have lost out on the special and have to outlay money. When I phoned them and asked to cancel my order and refund me they said that they cant and only when the order is in store I have to go there and exchange the items.
For the last 2 months everytime I have gone to the food *****s market in Arbour Crossing the shelves have been empty and when I asked this morning they simply said they have no stock. That is disgusting considering they service the whole of the area with fruit and vegetables. Last month they didnt even have chicken pieces or lamb chops in their fridges.
Do not use Ram couries, their service is disgusting. They are a week late with delivering my parcel and now when I check the tracking this morning after them not updating it for days I see they have sent my parcel back to JHB. I cannot get an answer as to where my parcel is and when I am going to get it.
The service from loot is appaling. It takes between 2 to 3 months to receive an order but on their items it will say 10 to 15 working days for delivery. I can order the exact same thing from another online retailer at a little bit of a higher cost and get delivery within that time frame. I used to buy quite a bit from loot then I stopped, I tried now again but was very let down once again and won't be returning with this service. What if it was a gift for someone?
Yesterday (24.03.2024) my husband and I went to the spur in Galleria and was highly dissapointed with the service and nausiated. When we arrived there we were placed in our seats, we placed our orders and had to wait approximately 45 minutes for our orders firstly. While waiting we had a waitress walking past our table continuously snorting instead of going to the toilets and blowing her nose, this is unprofessional. When we received our meals my husband's steak which he ordered medium rare was extremely rare. We ordered a take away for my daughter and the spur did not have any take away lids for the size of the milkshake we had ordered, they took so long that by the time we left with no lid the milkshake had melted and was runny.
If I could rate with a negative I would. The service from Capitec is disgusting. A couple of months ago my husband went to a branch for a query and they said that the issue would be resolved within a few days, a few weeks later we found out it still was not resolved, that was about 2 months ago. He phoned them and was promised the same thing and still was not resolved, he went back to the bank a few weeks ago and was told that nothing was even done about his query and that he needed to fill out forms which he did and was promised that the query would be resolved in 48 hours. 2 weeks later and still nothing.
If I could give a lower rating I would. Their service is terrible. When you try get HD of an agent they are always all busy and you are always on hold from between an hour to over an hour.
The service that my contractor received from Pine Timbers was absolutely disgusting and the lady that he dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. They made a mistake when receiving an order. The order was for melamine PG bison boards to make a book shelf and we were supplied with melamine sheets. Now I have to pay for another delivery to correct the mistake and I am going to have all these sheets that I have no use for. This order was submitted in writing and the lady is adamant that it was not her fault and we must absorb all additional costs.
