iwyze bad service
2 months ago i joined iwyze for car insurance i paid the 1st month (March 2024) and with life getting so expensive daily i continued to look for cheaper insurance. During March just after the 20th i called them to cancel with immediate effect which was successfully done and letter of cancelation received. However cause i had called just after the 20th my debit order would stil go through and i was allowed to get a refund. On my next call to ask about the refund i was told about an admin fee that would be charged and it was said that an Agent had informed me about this! i asked for a recording and it was not provided infact after numerous calls to them they said they would pay me my full premium for the month of April back on the 4th of April. To date i am yet to receive my prenium back! And no one in their Team has picked up the phone to call me about any update

Great Great amazing work
Great Great Amazing service from the Team at Rubicon Panelbeaters in Krugersdorp. I had a smash on my bumper in July. Claimed with my insurance and chose them to fix as they are closer to me. They did an amazing job on the car. The staff was very friendly! All of them. From the reception. To the assessor and the guy who worked on my car. I appreciate the amazing service. And I was updated all the time with their service.

Greatest service ever from KIA
A huge shout out to Kia Clearwater for the great service. I started looking for a car in 2022 and was referred to Sibusiso by my sister who had received great service from him. Sibusiso assisted me patiently to get financed and further got me a deal tailor made for me. He went the extra mile in getting me a brand new latest car. Upon collection of my car the whole Team was super friendly from reception to the floor and the guys on the ground. Everybody made sure I felt at home. I was truly welcomed into the KIA family. Thank you so much!

Greatest service ever!!
Walked into House and Home in President Hyper Krugersdorp in the Westrand -requested for assistance with buying a couch and Jimmy kindly assisted me with pricing terms and conditions of laybye and opening an account option. Great service until the end. Very welcoming very much appreciated.

Cartrack non service
I am currently trying to get Transunion to remove my information off their Blacklist as it is incorrectly done -they have me blacklisted as a result of a cartrack contract my sister had and for some nonsense reason they have merged our credit information. This appears on my name. I reached out to car track and was advised a creditable like this is already handed over to the lawyer and I need to reach out to the customer service department to find out which lawyers are handling this. BUT how do I reach out to client service when I was never a customer of your to request for information as a 3rd party! All I needed was for Cartracker to send me a letter stating I have never been their customer.

Wrongful Blacklist!!!!! Credit merge with my sister
I am beyond defeated qt the non service I have received from such a big corporation. Clearly people do not mean nothing to this corporation. Same complain of for over a month now caused by an oversight on your side and lack of due dalliance when recording people's information!!! I am being held hostage for someone else's credit mess! So there is no way I will receive service from you guys despite the complains! Right now my life is on hold because of this and I am not able to receive car finance.its very apphauling how quick it was for Transunion to update info that I not mine on my profile but amending now that they are made aware of the wrong doing is a pillar to post for me thing!!!!

TRANSUNION DISPUTE UNRESOLVED AFTER A MONTH OF COMPLAINING!!!!!
Hi Hello Peter Team. To this day I am yet to receive update or any response from Transunion. The only thing received since the last review I gave here was 3 missed calls from them. No email stating any update on my credit report regarding the merging of my credit report together with my twin. The original call I received from them after my 1st complain said the matter will take atleast 10 days to resolve and it's been more than 10 days now -absolutely nothing has been done. My car finance cannot be finalized because of wrongful blacklist. May I please please have this resolved. It's a huge inconvenience on my side.

DISPUTE! DEBT UNMERGE!!!!!
Matter is still unresolved. After my last complain here an agent got in contact with me and thoroughly went through my record. Turns out what they have on record of me is not even my information...my twin sister is the one blacklisted and our credit record was merged. Last week Thursday (08/09/2022) I received an update that the unmerging will take 24hours and I will receive an updated credit report the next day. This has not been done and we are on Tuesday already (13/09/2022). Their phone lines as per last review still do not give an option to speak to an agent or direct you to any relevant department. This has caused such an inconvenience. A simple task of unmerging debt has deemed to be an impossible task for transunion. How do you merge debt of 2 people with different I'd nonsense and names.

Transunion Blacklist update!!!!!
Worst experience ever. I have been debt free -settled all accounts I was blacklisted for a couple of months now. And Transunion is not taking me off their blacklist. I have sent an email and was directed to call and the website. The call center does not have an option to go through to an agent. The website does not give an option to sign up. Only an option to log in. Not user friendly at all. I am still stuck with a blacklist by them -this is really discouraging. How do credit bureus get our info to blacklist but never get information to automatically take us off the lists when we arr debt free.

Settlement letter Pending
Worst customer experience i have had. From June 2022 until now after settling my account which the TFG handed over to Shapiro. Now its a game of no1 knows were the settlement letter of the account shod come from. Shapiro says Foschini - foschini says Shapiro. Calls were very consistent wen the accoint had an outstanding. To a point were i was called on a billed call to be informed that i owe a balance of R13 on the account! Now i have settled and i need a letter no-one is whilling to assist.
