Appalling services
Rosebank has ****** my money that was meant to pay for my sons registration. I am so appalled and have no words to describe this experience. Attempts to get them to contact them have failed. Their social media team making empty promises that the matter is escalated but no feedback since Friday. You would think after the 2021 events they would do better, but no they are still ****ming us.

Foni yam continue to be condescending and not taking responsibility for their ********* behaviour. Both responses do not address the issue at hand that people are being misled by their representatives. that the said phones are on rental. My take remains the company is ****ming consumers and I will definitely escalate it as communicated with their manager.

****ming on Purpose
These people are ****mers, they dont appropriately inform people that these phones are rentals. What is absolutely disgusting is the fact that they target people from the low socio economic status who are not entirely informed about their consumer rights and the right questions to ask. They will direct you to a link or sms. These terms should be verbally stated to customers on the onset.

Pathetic service
What an appalling service, parcel sent more than 10 days ago and it is still floating in air. No proper communication, the call centre is saying it is with courier. Who is the courier, why arent they communicating with the courier. It is my first and last time using this pathetic service for anything.

An online order placed on November 22nd has not been delivered. No communication from this company despite promising to deliver within 7 days. Phone calls remain unanswered as well as email correspondence.

Disastrous service
An absolute poor service from this service provider. Firstly, the delivery person called early morning that i should expect delivery at 11:00 am. I had to shift and cancel meetings to be available at home since I live alone. Delivery only arrived at 19:00 pm, such inconvenience and poor service. On reporting this it was totally ignored by the service person. Secondly, the item has defects that could have easily fixed if this business cared about its customers. Emails and phone calls a month later the issue has not been resolved.

Wifi/device problems
I recently signed up for the 15 G . First month, it only lasted until 15th July. For August it was finished by the 2nd day of the month. Consultation with Telkom claremont was unsuccessful, as I was referred to technical srvices. Even attempts made via twitter were unsuccesful, as again I was referred to customer services. Emails were sent to Telkom using the online contact page. To date noone has responded to my query. But I am expected to foot a bill end of the month.

Fraudulent debit order
League of Legends has fraudulently debit my account. I do not know nor have any agreement with the company.<br> <br> They are such crooks, their agent called me and said vouchers had been sent to me via post. She gave me a random adress, she then asked that I confirm my adress. I told her that adress did not belong to me, furthermore, I will not be confirming my adress with a company I have no business with. She said ok, ended the call. I am surprised that they later debited my account, but mostly what I find odd is how they had gotten of my details, and account number.<br> Clearly, they are scammers working together with financial institutions we have entrusted with our money.

Bad service
Called for an order at 16:30, agent who took the call failed to take all my details and she was extremely slow in spite of me being on a cellphone. An hour later I had not received a call or getting my order. I called back the second time only to realise the first agent never took my name. Unfortunately, the second call did not yield any positive results either. Later, I recieved 3 please call me back messages, on responding it was the delivery person who told me to come immediately. Interestingly, when I went outside the complex I found no one was waiting with my pizza.<br> <br> What a gruesome service.<br> <br>
