I've been using Aramex for 2 years in my business and personal life. Their service is impeccable... PLEASE GO TEACH THE OTHER COURIER COMPANIES HOW YOU GET IT RIGHT. They usually take 24 hours to deliver and their chat system allows you immediate response. They also send a tracking number and the info on their tracking system is always accurate
DSV gave me an actual anxiety attack after speaking to their team leader at the call centre. I am a mental health patient and their service is the worst I've ever come across. Nobody calls. No arrangements are made. Their attitude is "like deal with it"
