I'm continuously being charged the so-called cleansing levy... even though you tshwane admitted to the technical glitch and highlighted that our November statements will reflect the credits, guess what it was all a lie... I already pay for this ! Why am I double billed ? I have lodged disputes, which none of them are responded to. Your arrogance is just pathetic!!!
Mr Price, when are you planning to resolve the app technical issue, it's been 3 days .... all my deleted items are added up on the checkout. Such a big inconvenience as I prefer to shop online.
What is the point of having a customer service email addresses that is not attended too?, I see no point in calling as you'll be taken to pillar to post . I sent an email on the 17th October 2025 till today no response .
The City of Tshwane is still charging residents for the City Cleansing Levy despite the Gauteng High Court declaring it ******** in July 2025. The court ruled that the levy was irrational, unjustified, and unconstitutional, ordering the City to remove the levy from all accounts and credit residents who had already been billed. However, am still charged despite receiving regular waste municipal collection service, I already pay for this through property rates. How you treat rates payers is disgraceful ....
I got a shock of my life when I opened my municipality invoice, I now have miscellaneous charges which I don't know what is for , on top waste management charge which I already pay through the so called propery rates . The last time I checked, it was declared ******** by the high court, and tswane was ordered to s**** it. We are not cash ***s !!!
I logged enquiry with DSTV regarding my account on Monday 27th Jan 2025 then I was given a reference for feedback time around 24/48 hours till today no feedback, I then again today reached out to DSTV for follow up , provided the reference number and am told its being escalated they will be with me shortly .... Ok I waited .... agent came back and said its being escalated they will be with me shortly I waited..... then the agent abruptly left the chat ...Getting any assistance from this company is frustrating. The agents seems to have no clue whatsoever.
I did an online purchase on the 31st of December 2024 for collection at my nearest store, and until today, I am still waiting for my order. No updates whatsoever from Mr price as to what might have caused the delay. Does it mean that I now have to be the one calling Mr price customer care to find out the whereabouts of my order?
My subscription is month to month . My account is in arreas for the months I was not able to make payments. I cannot cancel, the amount is accumulating every month . I tried to call send emails, no assistance whatsoever from Rain. I don't understand how I am billed for months I don't use. Can someone please explain to me

I am currently under Debt Review with Debt Sage, been on the program since last year December 2022. My profile was not handled professionally, so far not really impressed by them , no communication at all.
