I've been trying several days to get hold of anyone at eppf, they let you hold the line for more than 30 minutes still with no assistance. I tried their digital communication platforms and self help service still no help. Their communication and service in general is very poor on all platforms.
My 9 month pregnant daughter has been admitted in Rahima Moosa Hospital. The informed her that they need to do an emergency C-section. She had her last meal almost 24 hours ago, still no Doctor attended to her and still NO emergency operation.
Hi, I need assistance with MRP clothing store. My account is not in arrears and is not being updated accordingly on the Experian credit bureau specifically. Even after I make regular payments every month on my MRP account, the latest update always reflect 1 month in arrears.

Hi, Between SADV & Vumatel, someone must take accountability for the ISP in our area. WE RECEIVE VERY POOR SERVICE! We as customers cannot pay monthly in full but are not fully benefitting from what we pay for. Not a day goes by without having connection issues. SADV has to strengthen the signal in our area, since Vumatel confirmed last week that SADV is our ISP. Most customers are working from home & this is affecting our jobs & our lifestyles. Very disappointing of FNB, after being a loyal customer for so many years. FNB is not updating their system accordingly, on my FNB app, under Navigate money>My Credit Status>Account in arrears reflects that I am in arrears with 4 of my accounts. This is inaccurate & unacceptable!
Hi, Woolies Gold credit card account department is not updating the customers account records accordingly at the credit bureaus, I am currently up to date with my account but with the credit bureaus & my FNB app it reflects that I am 1 mnth in arrears, even after I have send an email requesting them to update my profile.

Hi, My experian credit report is not being updated accordingly. I am not in arrears with any of my accounts but according to experian they listed 4 of my accounts is in arrears. 2 Lewis accounts, woolies credit card & MRP, it also reflects on my banking app under navigate money>credit status. This affects my lifestyle & my family negatively.
