Your delivery guy stated that I was unreachable and yet I received no calls from them,I got a message that parcel was out for delivery and yet it was not delivered.I laid a complaint with your Team and I never got an answer.
I’ve bought goods online, its been three weeks now that I’ve been trying to get an exchange, they are taking me from pillar to post.Be careful with them.
I would like to warn consumers that this is no business store but a ***** store , not trustworthy at all, they never ever deliver on any orders after payment, they will keep delaying the order forever, a very dangerous company.
Bad company ever.Taking advantage of customers, low quality internet and bad service when you have issues, you can’t even call them, whatsaap only and they respond after 17hrs minimum, worst ISP ever.
The worst ISP to ever exist, poor service and low quality internet, very hard to find when you have issues , just a horrible company to ever provide internet service, join then at your own risk
SADV is the worst ISP ever, firstly they are unreachable and they respond to clients after a very long time on their whatsaapp platform and then go on to terminate the chat almost immediately without even trying to resolve the issues brought to them.i ran my internet speed test and discovered that it’s less that what i pay for,went on whatsaap to ask them to clarify and that i wish to increase my internet speed,the solution one of their agents Tshepiso gave me was to ran a speed test after I mentioned that i already ran a speed test,they are not even reading our complaints, ghats how useless they are

Vodacom is ****ming customers via contract cancellations,I’ve been trying to cancel my cellphone contract that i had with Vodacom but they are just making it impossible for me to do so,on the 04/01/24 I called in and spoke to one of their agents Recardo at 11:27 and he confirmed that the contract will be cancelled and on the 16/01/2024 i called in to make a follow up to my surprise the cancellation was never concluded and i asked them again to make a cancellation, still i haven't received any confirmation of cancellation from Vodacom.This reduces my trust and confidence in vodacom that this is happening to customers.
Wesbank is the worst financial institution you can choose for Vehicle Finance, their services are horrible and I've since levelled a complaint against them and they cannot resolve my issues but they are quick to debit my account,I've bought a vehicle with Wesbank last year December and up to this day i cannot drive the vehicle due to it's license disc being expired , since the 14/12/23 I've been trying to engage Wesbank to assist me with the necessary documentation to renew the disc since the vehicle was financed by them and all the documentation is in their possession, up to this day 16/01/24 the matter is not yet revolved, basically I am paying for the vehicle i cannot drive .Wesbank
