No delivery after a month
Same experience as many others. I ordered a power pack over a month ago and no sign of delivery. After the first week they said it was with QC and then I got a message that it was waiting to be collected by their courier partner. That was three weeks ago. They claim they have 31000 orders to process and it has doubled in the next week. They are quick to take your money and lie about the delivery time. Not happy!!

Fantastic customer service
Got the SS4134 lithium battery and had some problems with the BMS. Fantastic customer service from the support team. Very patient and helpful. Excellent local product.

Highly recommended
Excellent service. Delivered solar panels to Cape Town promptly through a courier. Follows up with courtesy call to check I was happy. Very good price. Will definitely recommend.

Wasted my time
Complete scam when selling my car. They gave me a quote and messed me around faith sloppy response to emails and then not following up. Eventually I just went into the showroom and demanded service. The valuation then tried to con me that the car couldn’t be bought as there were error codes. I told him the car was still on motorplan so not an issue. Also he came up with ridiculous reasons to deflate the offer by R45000 yet the car was perfect. Totally wasted my time.
