The call center is the most useless department, everytime you contact them they don't have proper answers . You either want to pay us or you don't please why do you have to frustrate us? how many times should a person call before they get answers?
Your agent in the contact center Noluthando "there's only 1 Noluthando in the call center" Agent said my order "might" be delivered tomorrow, what nonsense is that? your own tracking portal confirmed that the order would be delivered on or before the 29th of November and because it did not arrive on the said date I changed the delivery address only to be informed that it might arrive. THAT IS VERY REASSURING. If you don't deliver my order tomorrow you might as well return it to the sender because WHAT THE HELL. I spoke to a Natasha if I remember her name correctly who was very helpful.
Your service is horrible, been calling the fourways store for the past 2 hours and nobody seems to care about my query . You delivered my order twice with no fries and cold drink . you not even decent enough to return my call.
There's a representative at the fourways Mall store, he's very narcissistic, rude and disrespectful. We went to the store looking for a bike and he was giving technical information regarding the bikes in Isizulu, we explained to him that we do not understand the language and he said to us its not his fault that we don't understand and this is not Botswana it was Nguni (Zulu) 's Land. So what happens when he has an Indian customer? or is it because of the color of our skins that he assumed we understand his Language? he further said we can use a foreign language which was English, he's a ****** ass with his ugly dreadlocks mxm.

You can keep my refund because going back& forth with you guys is not worth my energy and time . It's been 2 weeks since I requested for a refund and you keep bull****ting me . Your service is the worst I have ever experienced in this country it's stores like you that builds a bad name for online shopping . You are pathetic and you don't even care about customer service after sales as long yall reach a target well who cares about the customers that support your business ? The next person that calls me should be the director or CEO I don't want to hear anything from contact center agents they are a bunch of delinquents including their Manager Nthabiseng. Only Tebogo tried to help but as soon as I hanged the call he probably solved my ticket . No one calls to follow up on my query so the only thing that matters is the number of calls yall receive? And also this Kabelo guy from Makro Riverside please tell him that I was not born yesterday the bull**** story he fed me I didn't believe it not even for a second he was supposed to call me on the 17th of April did he call? Nope why ? Because no one cares about the customer .
Can someone please tell us why we have to beg Makro to cancel our order? we have been calling for the past 2 days to have the order cancelled and now they shipped the order. I see your delay tactics you dont want to refund us on time right? we called your call center agents and they were of no help except Tebogo we even spoke to a Manager called Nthabiseng guess what nothing was done after speaking to her the order was handed over to a courier company. We don't want the order anymore why do we have to call you guys all the time to ask for one thing? by far this is the worst customer experience we've ever received even our local ****a shops don't give us a hassle like you do. You are happy to take the money but when its time to refund us you want to delay the cancellation so that the refund can take a whole month.

Requested that my order gets cancelled on the 20th of March there's no confirmation that it was cancelled nor proof that a refund was processed. Refund me my money
I gave you guys 1 star because zero is not available yall don't deserve that 1 star your service is horrible I don't understand why companies are still using you.
