The very worst online company to deal with.
I've received numerous payment requests for an order I placed in December last year with a link to click to make payment but it never works. Their support helpline keeps me on hold for ages then disconnects. This is absolutely the very worst online company I've tried to work with. They deserve a zero rating!

Top level service from PostNet Tokai.
I had two large parcels for delivery from Cape Town to Durban. A lady named Candice was on duty today, 3rd January, 2026, and she provided all the help and information I needed. She kindly sent me two photos of the wrapped parcels and consignmement notes after I got home. Service like this is hard to find. Well done Candice and PostNet Tokai.

First National Bank, Tokai, Cape Town.
At age 76 I've been banking with First National Bank at Blue Route Mall in Tokai Cape Town for many years without ever having a problem. The staff and management are well informed, well trained and helpfull. Sue Brown always goes the extra mile too provide the best service possible with a gentle smile.

A great casual diner.
Yesterday I went to Wimpy at the Blue Route Mall in Tokai, Cape Town. Food was good and the waitress named Sarah was really friendly and super efficient. It's going to be my regular breakfast stop. Thank you.

Excellent Banking experience.
As usual my experience at FNB Blue Route Mall was really good. Shakira Petersen was the lady who helped me sort out my online Banking problem quickly and efficiently with a smile. Full marks to staff and their training programme.

The Crazy Store.
I shop often at The Crazy Store, Blue Route Centre, and they always have new little gimmicks and offers. Their penlight batteries are half the price of anywhere else and last as long as other expensive brands. Staff are friendly too.

Beigh at FNB Blue Route Centre.
Had a Hacking problem with my bank account again. Went to my bank at Blue Route Centre and a very helpful lady, named Beigh, sorted out the problem in minutes.
