There is a serious lack of innovation with their systems and the lending department surely has *********** people working there. Every morning I received a call requesting the same documents previously sent. You would swear you dealing with a ****a shop.
The dealer lacks hospitality, presentation skills and it lacks appreciation. Collected a vehicle not prepared and full of dust, no fuel. Condescending attitude from Jean Marc when you raise issues with him. Gives the run around when he needs to pay service providers. That ofentse boy or whatever his name is, has no clue what good client service looks like. If you don't want a headache, stay away from this dealer, its ran like a ****a shop.
The complaints unit for MFC is useless especially people employed there, I resolved my own issue with the dealer after asking for their interventions. This person sat on his hands and only calls me two weeks after. Its pure incompetence they have no clue what they are doing, what matters to them is the money that comes from customers.
This place is ran like a ****a, where their admin lady takes unilateral decisions with tenants deposits in order to fund companies ran by her friends. Any objection is met with a deaf ear. You see ******** play out and the owners or those have to play an intervening role sit back and watch. Well it makes sense why they take such an approach Riaana De Villiers milks tenants to make money for them. The head of Rawson is also useless. Then read emails and not respond to any complaint about their employees. If you intend on renting or purchasing property avoid using Rawson to save yourself from a headache.
Orderd a parcel for same day never got the parcel. No contact from the delivery guy even though the number was there.
The service at the capitec bank call centre is below standard. Agents send you from pillar to post and never solve simple issues.
This insurance company is by far the worse when it comes to MV warranty claims. The complaints email is just there for the sake of it. They use anything under the sun to avoid paying in full. The call center line is by far the worse. They are below average when you compare them to your Innovation, Motorite and Bidvest. I would suggest anyone who is covered with them to cancel and save themselves a headache.
Metro installed a faulty router and after 4 days since reporting the issue, they have ignored the call to exchange the router. The router does not show from the list, however from their side its appearing and the account is being billed. This is undue enrichment, the service will be paid for however the end user has not been given proper services.
Dis-chem from 10h49 I have failed to deliver my eye medication. I struggled the whole day without the medication. At the time of writing this review is was 15h22. Which is more or less 4 hours late. Their promise to deliver within 60 mins is marketing gimmick to pull clients
Telkom is a mirror of the other SOE's in SA. Their monthly collection is flawed and as customer you suffer. Their turn around time is typical of all SOE's.
