I’m paying double the amount
I’m suspecting that I am paying morethan I should because I’ve been requesting for my statement but I don’t get it. I know I’m done paying for other things I am only left with my kid court which contract say I’ll only pay R300 but every month I’m Paying R750…

Teller’s took my money
On the 24 January 2026 I went to Kurt Geiger to cancel the layout I had with them. Arriving I was told the store doesnt have money, I must leave the slip and the my account information they will later deposit it. I did so but I had a video in case they say I didn’t leave the slip and phone recordings because I’ve been calling them from 25th January, 26,27,28,29 and 30th they sent me from pillar to post. Now they telling me the slip is at Spitz of which I don’t know as to why? I think tellers took my money R1500 now they don’t want to pay it back.

Parcel was never delivered
I’ve recently purchased a side board from superblist and paid R5600 cash. I got an sms that my parcel will be delivered 03/11/2025 before 5 in the evening. I didn’t receive my parcel. There was no communication from them to me as to why I didn’t get it. I would really appreciate if I get my parcel that I purchased with my hard earned money before end of today.

Missings parts
I’ve bought defy gas burner stove from Ac Direct for R14000 cash. When they deliver the stove some parts were missing. I’ve alerted them about the matter. They asked for pictures and serial number to them so they will investigate. I provided all they required. After a week they are not not responding to my emails. I’m frustrated by this company. I regret buying from them.

I want my stove
On the 27th August I bought defy gas stove from Ac Direct. Paid them CASH. they say they deliver from 2-5 working days. When a week passed without hearing from them they asked for an extension because they don’t have it “in stock” so I bought something they advertised but didn’t have it. I’m frustrated. R14 000 it’s a lot of money.

Takealot
On the 06th March I purchased a refrigerator that worth R17000 and paid R200 for a delivery fee and added R5 for donation They promised to deliver it on the 10th, they never did. I wrote hundreds of emails requesting the whereabouts of my parcel. They made a fool out of me sending me from pillar to post. I’m very livid about the service I got from Takealot. I want them to pay back my money

Telkom messing with my mental health
I ended my contract February 2024 because I signed up for R260 per month but that was never a case every month for a year I payed over R369. I pleaded that contract Sho end it did they stopped sending me data but they demanded I pay them every month. Now my debt is over R4000 and threatening to take me to court. November 28 they debuted R1980 on my account without my consent. I’m someone who suffers from severe depression I can’t handle what Telkom is doing to me. Can someone Anybody please help me

I’ve been made a fool
I’ve purchased pots November 2024 paid required deposit. Then. On the 18th December I got a message that my pots were delivered I called pres les to tell them I did not receive any pots. They said it’s not their responsibility for the pots left the wear house. I should call courier company. I did they said the post were sent back to Pres les wearhouse. My request is one. I want to cancel the contract and get my deposit back and leave this madness. I’m someone who suffering from a severe depression I can’t afford what Pres lee is doing to me. Can someone anybody please help me

Telkom is traumatising me
2023 I made a biggest mistake of my life by taking data bundles with Telkom. The agreement was R260 every month but that was never a case I was paying over R300 a month I did raise my concern about the matter and I was told it’s because I go over limit at times. 2024 January I asked to end the contract but they kept on deducting money on my account. Until I stopped Depositing money on that account. Then I called and made arrangements to pay off the account me and the Agent agreed on R500 every month for Four months because I was owing R2000 in July. They never debuted until 30th November they debuted R1980 on my account that I never agreed on and they made it in a way that I Can not reverse the money. I continue to life hoping that my debt will be off in 2 months. On the 4th I received an email that I will be sumoned with court order because my debit is no longer R3800 but R4800 because I have not been paying. But I do have prove bank statement that shows Telkom deducted R1980 with out my consent. I have sleepless nights. They traumatising me with endless phone calls but there’s no solution on my side. Can hello Peter help me to resolve this matter

Settlement letter
I have an account with Le Morgan and I believe January was my last debit order. I wrote twice requesting a settlement letter. They got back to me and said on the 12th of February I should have it. It is the 20th today a week later still I don’t have settlement letter from them.
