I have cancelled my funeral policy via emails and 5 business days passed and no contact from them, today I phoned and no answer. Debit order can't dispute and no reversal at the bank .
I spoke and got a day to day cover with a consultant who was very eager for the sale and failed to send documents thereof , today I spoke to Mandy also from sales and she bluntly said she can't help and told me to call customer service and I expect documents to be sent so I can use the cover ,the instalment was successful now no docs to see the doc BAD SERVICE PROVIDED
I had deleted my app and it required me to come to the nearest branch, I was at Gezina and got the worst service of my life, Audience was inconsiderate and unsympathetic regarding my little query ,
It's one thing to say you will do what's required so that a client is assisted, and then do the opposite of the requirement. I asked for a full refund and again am given a consultant that phones me before their shift ends so that they can be frustrated with me asking to be assisted for a service that am paying monthly . Am asking for an appeal on this matter because the regional manager said it will be resolved and assured me that I will speak to a professional caller who sounded like the last one but surprisingly had a different name. Can scorpion please assist .e with this small issue that the legal personnel is getting full pay from doing it . Why say there will be success on a claim and there isn't? Why say you will send terms and conditions relating to my claim and not send it ? Why say a letter of demand will be sent relating to my claim and it isn't? Or is my claim such a small fish to fry that my premium is paid so that I can get incompetence for service? I need my matter to be escalated because as small as this matter is it matters .
I returned a device that was faulty back to supplier and the person handling my case claims I have no right to return the iteam. Is it my fault for buying a second hand ? Why does supplier have an upper hand to sell a second hand product but don't take responsibility of return items? I need my money back and can scorpion please help me with this matter because the consultant was fuming on the conference call as if my faulty line was deliberate and I have always explained that my line is always faulty on calls .
Unfortunately like other SA citizens the 21/03/2023 national strike affected us in this regard my 7 days of having bought a product with your store was expiring and I phoned and came to the store it was not open , the device I bought is faulty and i sent it back for repairs now I want my refund and the store is giving me havoc, kindly assist
I placed and successfully paid my order, this morning I received an email stating the opposite. Please fix your system because I emailed proof of payment
