Do not use this company they damage customer products and as a shop owner they want us to cover there bad service and damages and when you take them on they want to call the police on you and lie and say you keep them against there will . pathetic company with no values and they dont want to colse my account

If you want a brand that has no human skills or does not want to help you here you go, poor poor service. you buy a product for R30 000 with a 3 year warrenty and get the worst service ever. dont buy this brand they are going to kick you in the teeth

There is no communication
what is the point if you go to there office and sit down and talk about the issue and tell them what has been happening and they like will keep you updateded. ohja the cant communicate its not in there ethics values. its been a nightmare to just dealing with them, going over seas and cant even take the items with to do business. thanks for show that you are all about the money and dont care about people and there business

HP Waist of Money
If you think of getting a HP this is a waist , they will fix it so cheap that your pc is more with the repair centre then with you and the amount of business and money i lost due to this product that keeps failing.

stay away from vodacom
I am sure vodacom does not no what customer service is, due to the pass the bucket of empty lies to the next person. been more that a month and still noting on recordings or paper work or any investigation feedback. but they are quick to phone for payment but no service realy
