I am medical board due to illness. Loan department contact me a few time regarding my loan what is in arrears every time I explain to them all my documents handed in by FNB Life they are busy with my insurance claim but nobody put this on the system all the time I also told them go and listen to the conversation my nett salary is R10900 they deduct twice the loan amount what is almost R10000 due to this I received notice by owner where I rent to move out. I expect FNB to refund me with both amounts. How can I help you you must change this. That not that I ignore this the insurance are busy

Sasbo reject my application with reason they only help member with unforseen circumstances, example flood, fire etc. My question is mine not a unforseen circumstance I can not go out to work and build up my things what I lost in life I feel is **************. I paid more dan R40000 as member they not willing to help with something.

Cash converters at Ferndale on republic in Randburg most of the time do not have Cash to pay for customers they can not issue to me a card. I apply for loan we must wait for cash more than one day still they do not have cash. They can not offer card because mine expire and system do not allowed to issue another one
