I was assisted by a rude girl by the name Uviwe from absa pension fund, which happens to be my previous employer and I was doing a follow up on my withdrawal (exit) claim She had the nerve to even call me back with 011 7793220/3454 and just breathing on the line and she said I can go ahead and report her she doesn’t care because she didn’t even put me through to the relevant department . I submitted my claim over a month and I feel I have the right to follow up after such long time

the customer consultant KASHIEFA PETERSEN at nimble group needs to up her game with assisting customers, I settled the account in August 2024 still have not received paid up letter, where she mentioned on emails, I will get the letter before 14-21 working days, but till now I have not received it or any communication from her. their service is poor, a Lady by the name Thembi dropped a call on me today 06/11/2024
vodacom is really trying to get to my last nerve, I have requested a settlement letter, and they are telling me my account is having a status that reads pending legal and they cannot provide the settlement letter. I must first pay outstanding, yet I want to settle. The company
Vodacom allowed me to buy data for 2 consecutive months on an account that is with lawyers and I am paying it there. Now all of a sudden my data cannot login and when I called in at customer care I am told the number has been deleted no notice whatsoever, Why did they allow data to be bought and used on an account that is no longer with them, I need to be refunded my 47GB into my prepaid number. I ended up not paying so nicely because of the terrible service from their employees at customer care. I have been on a contract for 8 years and been using vodacom for more than 10 years before the contract and they don't have the decency to alert me when deleting a number I was using. I have have more than 3 gadgets I bought with them and they are not grateful because one don't just stop paying without a reason. take your people to training as they don't have telephone etiquette. I NEED MY DATA RE-FUNDED SOONER INTO MY PREPAID NUMBER.
Their slogan is “raising a pre school benchmark “ but I doubt smiley kids in Kimberley is in line with this slogan because my child and myself as a parent who paid full tuition never got the right treatment even after reporting to the school owner she just saw an attention seeker.there is no integrity, respect for the kids yet there are cameras but when you request to view them they deny I have sent a letter of withdrawal after I had reported my issues to the owner and she just ignored me I will never recommend this benchmark because it’s not true reflection of what they have painted on the walls with that big smiley kids yet kids are not happy they are being treated like dirt
On the 21st March 2024 I visited a Pep store in Kimberly at a small complex Newpark, I have never experienced such bad service and rudeness from the staff and manager included I was buying an item and decided to not take it when I got to the till and the cashier said that I must take it back to where I found it I don’t mind that but the manner she said it in was disgraceful and disrespectful. It’s not my 1st I visited this pep and the manager is rude loud and disrespectful to customers she told another lady before me that she must never choose her “store” for parcel to be delivered at I mean “her store” that woman is dilusional pep is not her store and they made a mistake by making her a manager as she doesn’t her etiquette at all and she runs it like her ****a with the louder tone
Vodacom has the ****(iest) service ever and it’s like the employees are not even trained for what they do they miss out on the information a client gives them, I spoke to Akabongwe or whatever her name is on 01/07/2023 @ 00:30 to log a query I never got the sms with the reference number she spoke about I can’t wait to finish my contract with them and get rid of their everything I will even change numbers and I will never recommend Codacom to any of my channels
I HAD THE WORST SERVICE EVER AND I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY LOAN WITH CAPFIN NO MATTER HOW STRANDED I AM,,,,I had issues where I updated my banking App and all debi check were removed including Capfin I did call them to reinstate but they failed to and gave me an option to pay via cash which is how I am paying them now and left with one installment but on credit bureau it doesn’t update that I pay them I am really furious with them coz how can I be paying for 6 months and still be behind with the same months.. I need Capfin to rectify this issue as soon as possible please because I need to sort out my finances for a Home Loan now they are ruining my credit score over **** yet I am paying..I was warned about Capfin but gave them benefit of the doubt now they proving me wrong! I really regret it and can’t wait to finish them next month
I love the Brand Toyota with every inch of my heart, BUT I will never forget the horrible service I got from “Ovk Toyota ficksburg” when they are still selling you the deal they pretend to be good people wait until they scored and settled the deal then they show you who they’re really worth… they are not even worth my time writing reviews about them but all I can say is they will one day meet their type and will deal with them accordingly.. they are like old car’s full of promises but no performance!!! It’s really pathetic and ruining the whole brand.
