The self service doesn't work, i can't even create the pin, and no one is willing to help, the line provided to call is not helpful at all, I'm told the card is ready but I can't even use it
Just gym in Alberton brackenhurst, ****ming me to pay for a membership I never used or even activated, they said it a month to month never said anything about cancellation fees, I didn't activate the membership or even collect their tag now the want me to pay... please be careful or these ****mers

there is a driver driving a Gray Hyundai Elantra registration number HJ00PB GP, his name is Donald. He made me pay more than what i have requested from the app, i tried to refuse but he threatens me, and was refusing to open the boot for me to get my bags if i refused, he wanted me to pay double the payment. please be very careful of this guy he is a ***** and he takes advantage more when you are a woman. Please bolt team do something
i am loosing my patience with Rage, the incompetence i have been receiving, they are not updating any payments and are affecting my credit score, and when i am calling them even the call centers are not helpful, and it like they do not know what they are doing, i am fed up.
I have been visiting truworths at Mall of the South, i am satisfied with the service from a lady whom i normally find at fitting room, Adolphine, she is patient, kind and is very helpful. i am definately coming back.
To give update good people, so apparently 1life has been unable to find the recording of me canceling the policy, and is refusing to give me my refund. i called to cancel the policy in June, and no deduction was made in July, and then suddenly in August 2023 1life deducted my money after i have cancelled, and is now refusing to refund me, it have been full 3weeks battling this issue, even worse now they have stopped responding to any communication i make to them, if i call, i am being promised that somebody will call me back...if you want to take this policy please be very careful, for recorded calls, do record on your side too just to be safe.
I must say i am impressed with the service from takealot, i made an order and my adress was incorrect and i tried cancelling on self service. i didnt win, and then i sent an email requesting assistance, they promptly responded to me, taking me step by step until i did the right thing, and for my multiple orders and deliveries i am not complaining, i am happy with the services...keep it up takealot.
and more update on my review, so it is official 1life has ****med me, they are not going to give me my refund, 1life has deducted my money after i have cancelled the policy, and when i am requesting the recording for the day when i cancelled the policy, they are telling me its not there and there is nothing i can do, they have been doing the investigation since the beginning of the month, and i have to be a nuisance to them before they can give me feedback on the finding of their findings...i hope no one becomes a victim like me.
lafromtest update from my previous review with 1life, 1Life is still refusing to give me my refund, and no one is responding to my emails anymore. a guy names Corne Van Zyl tried to manipulate me into forgetting about my money, they cant even share with me the recorded call, i have cancelled the policy in june, and july there were no deductions made, then boom they deducted my money in August, now they are refusing to refund me... so much respect i had for this company even after they ****** me last time, !life i want my money, i hope no one will be a victim, be very careful of 1life, 1life is *****.
