Jenny Internet Potchefstroom, is the most capable and effecient group of people with a proud work ethics. Firstly CLAUDEEN HORN was vrry helpfull with information and arranged immediately for installation. The very next day HENRY CROUKAMP and OBAKENG arrived to install my wireless system. Within 2 hours, everything was in place and explained to me. THEY ARE THE BEST AND JENNY INTERNET CAN BE VRRY PROUD OF SUCH A GREAT TEAM.
#BlackFriday I had the most amazing experience with my Standard Bank homeloan department. After being not happy with the the outcome of my statements after the sell of my property, I reported that issue to Standard Bank Ombudsman. They revert it to a very capable team. I received a call from Richard Motloung to authenticate my details and a call from him to explain their workplan. He also told me that his Supervisor, Thabo Mahlangu would be in touch with me, which happened, also phoned me and sent an e-mail to let me know what they needed. On Saterday, only three days after the last call, he informed me via e-mail of the outcome. Although, it was a negative outcome, I was impressed with their proffesionalism and competance,. Thank you team for all your dedication!
IF IT WAS POSSIBLE, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM MINUS 20 FOR RESPONSE! I have asked Standard Bank funeral cover to change my debit order to my bank account at FNB. Two month and three letters later, they are still responding to me, that a consultant was assigned to my problem and will be in touch but nothing happened. I CANNOT WAIT ANY LONGER, PLEASE HELP!!

But the person that really and truelly was the best, was Dilshaad (dont know her surname), of the Std Bank Insurance complaintt department, who went out of her way to help me. She is dilligent and competitive, friendly, helpfull, you can name it and her name will be found there. Thank you so much
Just as I sent my complain to Hellopeter.com, Dilshaad, the consultant from Standard bank Insurance contacted me. It looks like they could not get through to my on my cell although I reached their offices every time. That said, thank you so much Dilshaad and Standard Bank Insurerance for your promp response. I really do appriciate it
For months I am trying to get Standard Bank Life Insuranse to help my to pay less on my life Insurance as I pay a lot of money per month and as a pensioner can not affort the high premium. I spoke to a couple of consultants but with no luck. The last three months I spoke to Chantelle and later to Dilshaad. The latter promissed to get back to me as there was a error message on the application, not on my side but on Standard Bank's life Insurance side. From the 31 August I tried to get in contact with her 13 times, with no luck. I spoke to Phumelelo and he promissed to give her the message. NOTHING!!!!! THEY ARE ***********, TO SAY THE LEAST. Please, please help me!!!
I accidentally paid R2000 into Ampath account while I had no outstanding payment to them, on the 25th May 2023. I thought it was done to Pathcare but they immediately corrected me. I then sent the proof of payment from FNB to them and explained the situation. All I want is my money that I paid to them, accidentally. It is almost a month and they are still trying to stall the payment. This debtors is ***********, as she can not even read her bank statement.
