I am so irritated. I am currently being harassed in respect of an "outstanding tv license". I have never had a tv license nor app**** for one. but yet do i get sms instructing me to pay. i have sent emails to which i have not received any response i am so fedup. you block one number then you just get another sms from another number.
I have been getting annoying SMSs indicating that I have an account which is currently outstanding. I wish to confirm that I do not have such an account and are for sure not in arrears. I have also received emails in respect of the same contents of the sms and have requested details and documentation in respect of the said account. To date hereof no response were received. I have now received confirmation that sms was also sent to another number and this person has also been contacted in respect of my alleged aforementioned account. I once again requested for the documentation to be sent to my email address in order for my legal representative to peruse same and advise me accordingly. I confirm that it is very poor for any person to discuss any details and/or information with another person not relating to them and/or have anything to do with the matter / alleged account.
I have noted last year on my Vodacom account that an Apple Music is being charged to my account, my number. Each month there is a different amount being charged. I confirm that I have never owned any Apple devise to purchase any app or music. I contacted Vodacom who informed me that I should contact Apple. Vodacom further informed me that they are unable to help with Google Play. This is not something to do with Google Play, I have checked. I am unable to stop and or unsubscribe from any service as I have not subscribe to same. I sent an email explaining my concerns and urgently requested feedback. I received an email informing that they could not find anything on my number and I should contact the Apple support team and/or lodge a refund. However you need to provide your Apple Id etc, and I do not have any. I have attempt to contact them with no success. I have now received my Vodacom bill and once again an amount has been deducted. To date hereof an amount of R574.85 has been paid by myself for something that I have no knowledge of and are not using. I have noted that the amount is being charged on the 13th of each and every month. Therefore as this is not being sorted out a further amount will be deducted from my account tomorrow. I am very disappointed. I am being charged for something that I do not use and nobody are able to sort same out for me. I have no idea how to stop this and or get my money back.

I had a faulty product. I lodged the return of the product and was almost immediately provided with a reference number and how to return the product for a replacement. I returned the product on Monday afternoon to the Takealot office in Sunnyside. I received my email and sms confirming same. On Tuesday I was informed that the product will be replaced and the order is being processed. On Wednesday I was informed that the product is ready and I can collect same. I did not think that something can be done so quick. I am so impressed. My product was returned, replaced and collected within 3 days. Well Done Takealot...You are the best.

I bought solar lights that was defective. Takelot informed me that there is no problem it can be returned. I returned the lights and are just waiting for confirmation that same is replaced. really fast and effective service. Well DONE...
