my wife and I decided to get breakfast at KFC Roodekop yesterday. The place was empty, and yet it took almost an hour to get a simple burger and 2 cappuccinos. When it eventually arrived, the cappuccinos were lukewarm to say the least. What was worse was the attitude we got from the teller (Sithembiso) and some other guy who i assumed was the manager. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to that branch. everything about it is bad.
Super disappointed in these companies that use automated agents. I'm trying to log in to change my cell number as I no longer use the one i registered with. I can't even get through to a human, just a voice robot. Horrible service really.
Worst experience ever. Call centre agents do not pick up calls and deliveries have been a joke of late.
hi i ordered device from vodacom. I couldn't be there to receive it, so asked that they do a 3rd party reciepient for the shipment. I have not received any feedback and what's worse its that getting through to an agent is the worst. After a few mins of waiting, my call finally got picked up. however, the agent on the other end just kept quiet. I could hear them talking in the back. I'm so unhappy Vodacom. Im trying to cancel, but i can't get through to anyone.
Worst courier company on earth. If they are not losing your parcels, they are splitting and part delivering them (which makes zero sense). I won't even mention their rude and often un-neat drivers. Cape Town branch is by far the worst in terms of damaging and losing parcels. I will admit that the call centre agents are actually the only people that seem to be doing their jobs. They are polite and try their best to get our issues resolved asap. I really hope Skynet gives them a huge raise because they're clearly the only ones that seem to know how to do their jobs. The rest of the staff get a huge thumbs down
I tried drawing money this morning. Only to find out that my account's been restricted because every 3 years ( i have only been using it for 3 months) I have to physically go to the branch for a FICA confirmation or something. No notifications prior to this. they just decided to restrict my account. Now I have to leave work and go to the bank. I haven't physically been to the bank in years. I'm no longer using them, they are useless.
If they are not damaging parcels (WITH FRAGILE STICKERS ON THEM!), or their drivers tossing your parcels into their truck even though they have visible FRAGILE stickers on them! They are losing them and not informing you until you make the effort to call and find out what's happening. Ruben Snyers from the Cape Town depot is the most arrogant human alive. He will receive a shipment with a damaged parcel and send it back without informing you whilst your client waits for their shipment. Very disappointed in this company.
Superbalist is the only online shop app that I have. They always have the best discounts and their delivery time is always on point. I have never had a problem with them.
Kgabo Modisha has the worst customer service. His attitude and tone in our email exchange was completely off. He asked for documents, I sent them and he asked for them AGAIN. I lodged a complaint 3 week ago about a parcel that went missing back in April. One would think that they'd check the camera footage to see if the parcel did in fact make it to their depot, but no. Everyday is the same email the says they're waiting for feedback from their manager who has not made a single attempt to contact us to reassure us that he's attending to the matter.
I called Discovery Bank to report *****ulent activity on my card. The guy i spoke to said he blocked the card. 20 days later and I'm waiting for my card and the money I'd complained about still got debited. Very disappointed
