Hi, I took out a month to month data deals quite some time ago, but in November I had a problem with my bank so I called in twice to let the agent know don't debit my account so they advise me to pay it at shoprite which I was doing it, now telkom send me a bill for reversal fee for 2 month, I was not explain by the agent if I pay my bill at shoprite I will still be bill for reversal fee, my account is paid on time, the agent need more training. I did cancel my contact today advised by the agent it the best thing to do, I will also be posting it on social media and Wendy Nola, regards Sudhir Mahabeer

False advertising
Hi, on Friday the 18 July 2025 jackpot city had a promotion if you load R50 you will receive 20 free spin, I load R50 on Friday and Saturday and still never received my 40 free spin, jackpot city is false advertising, my my side don't trust jackpot city

Cannot with draw
Hi, I read the tc for bonus and I'm trying to withdraw but not allowing me. I did meet the criteria and did phone the office, they advise me to add funds to my account but still not allowing me to withdraw. I also sent a message on hellopeter. Five years ago I was granted a protection order which I feel is not law full due to I had proof I did not commit this offence but I was still granted, my ex wife and her family app**** for a protection order so I could not see my kids, they had a family friend by the name of Nadia working as a clerk before my case she went in an spoke to the judge and when it was my case they granted it, so I choice to take it further, so I got a lawyer to take it further but when my lawyer requested the file and voice recording nothing was found, my protection order is completed 5 years now, but l just want justice, before it happens to someone else.

Fnb Mac and things
Mac and things deduction from my fnb account... no fnb... we had a good relationship and you just ****ed it up. What the hell is Mac and things. How can you say it is temu from October 2024 and then deduct it now in February from my account. When u purchase online you have to authorise the amount? I did... so what happened to that money FNB in October 2024 . How did temu send me my package and I paid buffalo taxes also. But you FNB deducted an amount now in February and is telling me it is from temu.. How fnb... how did this happen... please explain because you are going to loose alot of customers. I can tell you that now

Security
Good day on the 7th of February 2025 a company buy the name of Mac and things deducted R759. 00, from my account, I can't understand how cause I always temporary block my card for security purposes and I never get a sms or even send a opt, I did phone fnb they the blocked the card and said the going investigate it, the gave me a case number turn around time 7 to 13 days, but fnb need to upgrade there security.
