Pathetic service and keep on saying there is no manager to solve and year later nothing my car has been at the michanic for more than a year all i wanted is my policy paused till i get my car back sent proof of km still about the same as what the car was bought with if the phone cuts they dont even bother to phone back zakia said she will friday and yet it is money and no call the managers cant be that busy
It is just really disappointing that a complaint was lodged in November and still up to date no response from them i send e mails and all that they tell le is we handle allot of cases i am paying for a car in the meantime that is standing in the sun unprotected getting damaged struggling to get transport at time lost my job because of not always getting to work on time as i stay on a farm where there is no uber available and have to borrow cars from friends just to get around with a dealership staff laughing about this matter saying the will win the case and i will be on the short end ass miosa is more on the dealership side just wish i could get this matter settled as miosa is really taking there time
I had the best experience with Cubbi. I sold a car to them and Sixolile Tshambu(Xoli) made the transaction so smooth. Although the bank had delayed a few times and had to keep Xoli updated all the time with out getting the deal cancled due to the bank. I was anxious because there are a lot of ****mers out there, but Sixolile Tshambu assured me every step of the way and was transparent with everything. I would recommend Cubbi to anyone who needs to sell their car
It is just so bad that spar mnandi has such great management i saw butter for r10-99 get to the till confront management ( Lana) spoke to her that it scanned r14-99 the only thing she said is u pay what it scanned turn her back on me and went on with what ever she was doing awesome customer service from the spar group thanx a-lot
It is actually so sad to say no help of any sort from MFC.you phone MFC to find out if they can help regarding a car that you bought trough them witch has been reported to the dealership 3 hours after receiving that the car is faulty and they just say we cant but other parties can help there customers cancel the contract or help getting it fixed as it is still in the cooling period or but MFC just gives a plain cant help but let them just know from aug i am paying a car that i am still waiting repairs on
Apple i store poor after service I have asked i store to check why my phone does not always allow me to swipe to answer calls and they want almost 300 just to look at it my phone is covered till 11/4/2025 so why should one spend so much money on a phone when u need help i store want to charge to gelp a client is that client service

Very unhappy about no communication regarding the payout of my car that i traded in .they did less then they said .i was told me the aircon is not working but no one will give a call regarding this matter Peet said the day he took my car he wil get back an no feedback got a payment with no communication from there side how they got to the total they payed to me
How does it help to be on a network that does not have propped network the worst is i have a contract with them that at times can not be used
Very disappointed in there service i needed the device to be delivered today as i am going to durban for a few days now its one excuse after the other even was willing to go and collect at there office but cant there is no assistance the calls drop and they dont even phone back . The point of this complaint is that i need the device today before i leave for dbn Friday morning or they gonna follow me every where i go in the country this is really disappointing if they called back when the phone dropped the first time before orders was sent out this could of been prevented
