They are **** and ****mers, you do not get any comunication from the after you have ordered the product. all the postive reviews are most probably **** reviews, STAY FAR AWAY from thee ****mers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not use these ppl, they load extra costs onto the debt review court order, and have zero feedback on why their amount is almost R2000 pm more that the court order, only response you get is it is the waterfall effect this they don't even understand, waterfall means that once a creditor is paid up these funds need to divided between the rest of the creditors, not added to the monthly payment you as client are paying.
My wife went to collect her pargo package from Clicks Southdowns, she gave her tracking number to the guy by the till, who then gave it to another employee to collect, apon his return he had 2 packages in his hand my wife's package and another gentleman's package, he gave both packages to the other gentleman, and refused o assist in resolving the matter!! Clicks as a brand name need to sort this employee out!!!
Dawn wing / DPD totally useless, package has been out on delivery for 3 days, every time you call them there is some other BS story!!!!!! Really dont know why FNB uses these people.
2 days in a row that my package has not been delivered, FNB really need to look at getting another courier service! One that can actually do the job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
so last year I was denied an upgrade due to being under debt review and was advised that I would still be able to keep my benefits but on a month to month bases, now when I want to move the lines to prepaid I get advised that I cannot as the lines are still under contract, there is nothing on my statement about months remaining on the 2 lines (084587**66 and 084582**12) I want moved over to pre-paid. Please sort this out immediately, any further kickback from cell c, I will log a complaint at the CGSO
my package has been put on deliver for 24 hours already, i am being billed by the provider for an item that i have no use of as it has not been delivered.
