I signed up for a 14 days subscription with Zety.com for R39 and a few days later they deducted R385 for a monthly subscription and then say if you dont cancel the 14 days subscription the company automatically deducts the R385 from you account. If i wanted the monthly subscription of R385 i would have signed up for it to start with. How do you just automatically deduct money from peoples account its because Zety.com is *******. They make their money through trapping and *****ing from people. Have you mind paying attention to your reviews?
Payjoy is such a ****. I took a phone from payjoy on the 22/12/2025. I paid a handling fee of R575 no problem, The consultant set up the phone everything was fine. The following day 23/12/2025 Teljoy sends me my contract on the contract it says my first installment is due within 7 days. I then though no this will not work for me. Let me return the phone. When asking the consultant about the cancellation process. He said that i must give 30 days notice for a phone that is still in a box and the shocking part is while they cancelling you still need to pay the installment until the contract is cancelled for a phone that has never been used, still in a box and that i have for two days.
My boyfriend drew money at a standard bank ATM on the 29/05/2025 9:13. He called Capitec on the same day (he is a Capitec client) they referred him back to Standard bank and Standard bank referred him back his bank Which is Capitec. Capitec said it will take 2 weeks to get it resolved. One the12/06/2025 a lady from Capitec called and said the issue has been resolved on the 13/06/2025 a different guy calls and says the issue is not resolved and he must wait another 30 days. So are these people working for the same bank or does each consultant have his and hers own policy or rules. All i see here from Capitec stuff is INCOMPETENCE !!!!! They make Capitec look bad. Even if you walk into the branches its like they don't want to help you. No smile nothing.
my boyfriend was at a standard bank ATM on Colombine road in Mondeor by the Dischem on the 29/05/2025 at 09:13. He drew R600 but the cash did not come out. He tried again and he received the R600, however R1200 was deducted from his account. He then called his bank which is Capitec and they said he should call Standard bank he then called the number reflecting on the ATM 0800222050 they said he must call his bank. The money was drawn at the standard bank ATM why must his bank fix it? The Standard bank consultant did not even bother trying to help the y just refere because nobody wants to do their job. For how long will be receive ****py service?
I signed up with them on the 18 Feb in April none of my creditors has been contacted, They deducted R3000 and only refunded me R700 for doing nothing they could not give me proof of the work done. To me very dishonest people.
We have to put these people out of business as they just deducting money from peoples accounts with no work done. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM !!!!!!
Rain advertises that they offer month to month services but when they cut your services they still expect you to pay for a service they have not given. Rain is the worsted to deal with. When it comes to their consultants its like each of them works for a different company. One say this the other says that.
I ordered a Mcdonalds kiddies meal at Mcdonalds meal. But it looked like a meal fit for a dog. Very disappointing. Mcdonalds Ormaonde wouldnt be seeing me anytime soon.
