From the moment I called Msure to enquire about my warranty coverage, everything went smoothly. There was absolutely no hassle at any stage of the process. The claiming procedure was incredibly convenient, and even the people who handled the car repairs were efficient and professional. I’m genuinely impressed with the level of service and will definitely be extending my warranty with Msure. Great job to the whole team—special shout out to Aubrey and everyone involved. I recently took my car in for repairs at Eloff Street, and the experience was nothing short of amazing! The team knows exactly what great customer service is. They handled everything for me ,from calling my insurance to giving me constant updates throughout the entire process. When I got my car back, it was in excellent condition clean and with all the repairs done properly and professionally. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and care they put into their work. A special shout-out to Cathrine her customer service is on another level! She's friendly, professional, and always kept me in the loop. Honestly, she’s the best! Disappointing Experience with Bidvest Tyre Insurance I took out a Bidvest Tyre Insurance policy with a cover of R2000, expecting peace of mind in the event of tyre damage. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of frustrating and exhausting. When I tried to claim for a damaged tyre, the process was extremely difficult and unnecessarily complicated. Instead of assisting, Bidvest expected me to handle everything myself. I was sent from pillar to post—first to the tyre dealership, then asked to take and resend multiple pictures, only to be told they were not clear enough or missing certain details like the remaining tread, damage area, and gauge. At one point, I was even asked to go back to the dealership for more photos.Despite having a R2000 cover, my tyre quotation came to R2700. I was told they would only cover R800 because the pictures from Tiger Wheel didn't meet their standards. This left me with an out-of-pocket cost of R1900—even more than the insurance was supposed to help with! In the end, I gave up, cancelled the insurance (without even completing the payment), and bought a new tyre myself. This entire process was draining and disappointing. Bidvest should really consider sending their own inspectors to assess damage instead of putting all the burden on the customer. I cannot recommend Bidvest Tyre Insurance to anyone based on my experience.

Auto service world your service is poor i bought a car at CMH HATFIELD and my car was serviced by you im only 2 months with a car but already is giving me problem they you could have fixed during your quality check i bought the car on the 19/04/23 on the 05/05/23 car is overheating due to leakage mind you i only drove a car for a week i took it to Hyundai Roodepoort they said radiator cap was faulty after that car was fine again now is doing the same thing and im asking myself what did you tecnicians do to my car during quality check if im facing same thing over and over again.please make sure is professional people who are doing the job .this is waste of money and time please do the right thing
I bought a CAR at CMH Hatfield on the 19/04/2023 they told me car was service by Auto service world to my surprise on the 05/05/23 car is over heating and it was leaking ,warranty people they tow my car to Hyundai Roodepoort mind you it was my first week driving my car to work since i bought the car.they at Hyundai they said Radiator cap had a fault they had to change it .i drove the car for 2 weeks after that the same problem happen again.i wondering what else is wrong .because if you really did service the car and do a spot check i shouldn't have this kind of problems now .im really not happy about your service who ever that service my car didn't do right im spending a lot of money its only 2 months with this car. Please let the right people do the job you risking with our lives and our finances. Its not funny,if you cant do the job just leave it hire professional people this is our families money we wasting
