Debonairs outdated voucher system is appalling. I ordered a pizza online for collection using my voucher. An error message of " we couldn't reach the store" appeared on my screen" however they used my voucher. When I try to get ahold of them they give me the run around. The manager said she would get back to me but hasn't. HORRIBLE Service.
If you are not ready to become an IT technician then STAY AWAY. Every time there is a problem I'm told to connect my laptop to the router and config something. So frustrating, at this point I work for Afrihost; always resetting routers, configuring hai. Terrible, not user friendly at all.
Yesterday, I ordered from PnP, and my order was canceled because, I guess, they only have two drivers. I was refunded my money into my wallet. I decided to try ordering from John Dory's, and that also got canceled. For some reason, I thought I should try again today and order from PnP, but the order is over an hour late. The service at Mr Delivery is appalling.
Payoneer sucks, I've been waiting 2 weeks for a receiving account to be created. No updates even though they say it takes 3 days. Useless payments company. Only using it because my new company listed them as one of the payment options. Paypal is better, no creating receiving accounts bull****, you just get your money.
My Fiber line was down since yesterday evening, I called in today and was told that it's a maintenance issue and that it could take up to 72 hours. I work from home and that could possibly mean 3 days of no work. Why should I be without Wifi for an issue that's not even my fault. This is really appalling.
I have been calling this useless company to get my IRP5 sent to me. Sam whoever he is is never available. I'm this close to reporting this company to SARS. Such nonsense. The reason I quit this job in 2022 was because they are professional in the assistance of my maternity leave application, it's nice to see things don't change.
Guys Uber Eats is a ****. On the 6th of March I placed an order but forgot to transfer mine into my account. So obviously the transaction did not go through. I then realised that I had not transferred money and immediately did so and ordered the food from the same restaurant. The second order went through and was delivered. Uber kept trying to debit me for the unsuccessful order raking up charges on my card. Yesterday they eventually managed to debit me for food that I never received. Imagine how useless their systme is that it can not abandon an order that was unsuccessful but forcefully tries to debit. I got intouch with customer service, they are useless too. They cant even call to get all the details. There is virtually no way for me to ahold of them and I have been sending emails since the 6th. Uber Eats is a bunch for ****mers.
I ordered from Steers Cosmo City Mall over an hour ago, the store is closed and the delivery guy is not calling. Such poor service. I want a refund of my money ASAP. Poor service from Steers and tge delivery.
UberEats is pathetic. I once made the mistake of trying to pay for an order before I had transfered the funds into the account I use for online purchases. When I realised this, I immediately transfered it and placed a new order that was successful. So the driver came and delivered the food that I had paid for, emphasis on the one order. I did not get two orders delivered. The unsuccessful order however is still on my order list and Uber is continually attempting to debit my account for that meal and this is building up charges on my account. Why must I pay for a meal that I did not get? I tried calling UberEats but their line directs me to the help section in the app which is virtually useless because there is no pre recorded option for the issue I am facing. I wrote them an email and received a response saying that this email is not monitored and would not receive a response. So basically there is no way to get in touch with UberEats to explain this. The customer service is pathetic. I had to close my bank account because they are trying to debit me for food I did not receive every single day. Yoh, I regret joining Uber Eats. Mr D is better in terms of customer service.
Yoh, the worst service ever. If I could leave a zero star rating, I would. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago. No coms on installation from this company. When I follow up, I am transferred from one dept. to another. Yoh dreadful expierence. Today, I actually found a lady that gave me some indication of what the problem might be. Apparently there are two duplicate orders for me on the system so they put my order on HOLD. Which begs my next question - why isn't there someone allocated to resolving issues like that? So basically if I hadn't called my order would just be laying there. The agent that assisted me with this won't even email or call me back now. Such great customer services. Dreadful Customer Service
