Poor service
When you try to contact the individual who is in charge of your account and speak to a nother consultant about a situation the response with in 10 to 15 minutes after 3 hours you have to contact them again for feedback and no feedback

In November 2024 I requested unit installed into an vehicle an 6 months no unit installed and when I withhold payment they have not responded with a solution to the installation Event when the old unit where supposed to be removed from save keeping it where not done and the payment for this where done July in 2023

axxess speed
After numerus attempts to inform axxess that the 150mps that you are required to pay for you never get not even 30mbps axxess is not interested in rectified the speed issue this is unacceptable the only excuse is sorry for the inconvenience what i pay for is what is expected
